You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Nestled in the hills of Ferguson Valley with an abundance of spring water, and views of a 6 acre dam.
Located only 2 hours from Perth, 2km from Gnomesville and 15 minutes from Wellington Dam there is plenty to do with several wineries and breweries in the area. There is also plenty of trails in the area if you like to keep active.
Bunbury, Donnybrook and Collie are all within 30 minutes away.

Partially surrounded by State Forest on 136 acres, this 2 bedroom self contained granny flat is under the same roof as the main house with a shared games room area in between. The granny flat has a small lounge, kitchen with breakfast bar, separate toilet and laundry. The bathroom has floor heating and a heated towel rail for those cold nights and chilly winter mornings.
There’s a gas BBQ at the accommodation and a fire pit at the original farm dairy overlooking the dam is about 40m away. There is some chairs and a table for you to relax and take in the views.

Great location

Nice bed n breakfast in Upper Ferguson. Beautiful sunset views over the rolling hills and reflections across the farm dam. Very clean little house with all necessary amenities. Excellent shower. Wifi could be better but overall a very comfortable stay.

Brilliant location with great views

Arrival and check in was as simple as arriving home, very easy. Great location to the Ferguson Valley region. Very clean property, comfortable beds and all you need for a short stay. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to explore the area more.

Had a lovely visit to the Ferguson Valley. Our 3 nights at McManor were very comfortable. The kitchen could do with a bit of an upgrade, but that didn’t stop us enjoying our visit!

Fergy Valley Bliss

Stunning location with a warm welcome from the owner Trent, who happily accommodated our stay with v short notice. The place has everything you need for a short stay in Ferguson Valley. Warm and cosy beds, spacious rooms and views to die for out of each window. Highly recommend.

Peaceful farmstay

Lovely farmstay situated in Ferguson valley. Bush shack brewery nearby is worth a visit. Beautiful lake but wish we could go near it and see the cows a little closer. But nonetheless a peaceful stay for two small families.

Country views with convenient location

Property is exactly as described. Great rural views. Close to vineyards and attractions. Kitchen is small but functional. Perfect for 2 but would be crowded with 4 adults if the weather kept you inside. Beds very comfortable. Great value.
