Great House!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Everything was spotless and lovely. The house had everything we needed and was perfectly located. We loved the neighborhood and the view is stunning!!

Christmas Visit

We enjoyed the house and it's modern features. The view, across the Indian River, was fantastic. The location made for easy access in & out. Overall our visit was excellent.

Excellent Stay

I stayed here with my sons and a group of their friends. This was close to the beach and other amenities. It had a great view of the water. The house was clean and open. Very comfortable stay and the owner was super helpful. I would highly recommend.

Paradise found

This vacation was a rare opportunity for three generations; grandparents, parents and grandson to spend some quality time together. The home is absolutely beautiful, very well appointed and offers incredible views of the water from every room. Some of our favorite highlights of the home include the expansive glass windows with remotely operated shades in every room, marble tiled floors throughout the home, lush landscaping and lawn decorations, beautiful nautical themed interior decorations, grills and fire pits and much more. The property location was ideal for our planned adventures and provided easy access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The pier appeared to be new and had a relaxing covered sitting area with a fire pit. Each morning we enjoyed walking the pier, coffee in hand, to observe the variety of fish and wildlife and watch the yachts traveling the ICW. We had one of the best vacations and we will cherish the memories forever. Thank you for sharing your incredible property with our family and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Absolutely stunning modern home with perfect views

There were 4 of us that stayed for a week and everything about the house was perfect. The house is a very wide open modern house with all top of the line appliances, fixtures, entertainment, beds, showers, everything. All seem brand new. The only thing better then the house is the sunrise you get in the mornings. Absolutely breathtaking. Wake up and make a cup of coffee and go across the street and sit on your own private pier and watch the lizards, pelicans and I'm told Dolphins in the river. Check in and out was effortlessly with the owner and communication was almost instant. Basically if you are looking for a perfect home to stay in this is it. Don't pass it up. It couldn't get much better

Beautiful view

We had a total of five adults with us. We were very comfortable, and the setting was perfect. The last day I enjoyed a sunrise view. One of the days we took a trip to the beach, and it was right down the road and over the bridge. It was also close to grocery shopping, restaurants and other stores.

If I had to make a complaint the only thing would be is that the hot water only got lukewarm

I have stayed in over 20 vacation Rental homes and this one is in the top 3 vacation homes I have ever rented!!!

Sunrise Riverview Home Elevated Our Stay

We felt pampered in this luxurious and stunning modern home. The home maximizes the gorgeous river view with windows that go on for days. Experiencing the beautiful sunrise from bed was made easy with remote controlled shades. Any questions were quickly resolved by Garry. A true find. We will be back!

Spectacular View

Modern and spacious luxury house with an amazing river view and stunning sunrises. Fire pit was an added bonus - we spent every evening outside enjoying the vista. Kitchen was well equipped with high-end Kitchen Aid appliances and plenty of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. We were traveling with friends, and the home was really well set up for two couples as we each had our own bath. Bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house, adding a bit of privacy, but both had a river view. Location was within quick access to cross over to the beach. We recommend the Seaside Cafe and Tiki Bar in the beach park on Hutchinson Island (entrance across the street from Publix); great place for breakfast / lunch / drinks with an awesome ocean view. Owner was very helpful and communication was 5 star.

River Days

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful, modern decor home, with all the amenities you’ll need. Even Hurricane Nicole that came into Fort Pierce didn’t ruin our vacation - we felt very secure in this home. The sunrise was amazing and all the windows provided views of the water, palm trees, and green grass. Garry was great via text - he would answer questions and check in to make sure you were having a nice stay. We’ll be back!
