WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
You will notice the living area as you enter our spacious vacation home. There's seating on a sectional and ottoman in front of the large-screen TV. Enjoy a movie with the family cuddled up on the sectional.
Across the open floor plan, you can find a dining nook for homecooked meals or takeout from any of the excellent local restaurants. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Visit the local "Blue Marlin" grocery store for all your groceries. There are also fish shops where you can get what you need for a nice seafood dinner.
The primary bedroom has beautiful natural lighting that shines throughout. It has a queen-sized bed for the perfect night of sleep after a long day on the beach. The bedroom also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double sink.
The second bedroom features a queen and twin-sized bed. It's the perfect room for extra guests or the kids. There is also a guest bath for other visitors.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.

- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
