THE SPACE
The delightful design includes zoned living areas, and a large deck directly off the main living/kitchen, providing a comfortable stay with plenty of space to entertain and enjoy the surroundings of the Mornington Peninsula.
Set on a huge block of more than 1100 sqm in size, the stunning property has three lovely bedrooms with hotel quality beds, two luxurious bathrooms, two spacious living areas and a large breezy deck wrapped around the back of the house providing easy access to outdoor living and entertaining.
A spacious and comfortable property with plenty to do by day is also perfectly located to sit back at night and enjoy the sound of the waves from the Portsea Back Beach.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
