Very nice

The property is lovely and clean. You would need a vehicle for ease of getting around. Rarotonga is a beautiful island and the people are very friendly.

Amazing Raro

This property was well situated for us in Aorangi. We loved the swimming pool and spacious indoors. Full kitchen was a bonus.

Family Holiday, Simply the best!

My family and I had the visit of our lifetime on Rarotonga. Sina Pool Villa was our home away from home. Aundrey was an amazing host. From the beginning to the end of our stay, communication was on point. During our stay, We experienced a hiccup with the propane tank, I sent an email to Aundrey, he was there offering to take care of it and it was done✌. The home is very comfortable, my favorite area was the outdoor seating for dining. The location, away from it all. The peaceful feeling of being tucked away, off the main road. There were friendly chickens and a friendly dog who roamed around and the area, other than that my grandsons and I enjoyed seeing them. I can’t say enough about the pool, it was a welcome for sure after being out all day at the beach. We will return to stay at Sina Pool Villa. Mahalo Aundrey, for your hospitality. Carson/Fatu ohana from Maui & Washington State🌴

Beautiful Villa

Our villa was beautiful & the location away from the hustle & bustle was just what we needed. It had everything we needed & more, my kids especially loved the swimming pool. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Rarotonga Highly recommend

Trish or Aundrey är värd

Previously our family home we loved living there and have such great memories. Our most memorable was raising our Grandchild Sina there, hence the name. She loved swimming in the Pool with us and where we taught her how to swim. She is just about to turn 4 shortly. She certainly will miss her swimming pool, but we've told her lots of other children and people will now be able to share the fun & joy she had. Her favourite line is "sharing is caring" so we have her blessing. Come and enjoy our home we know you will love it too!

Set in a mostly quiet residential neighbour hood in Natural gardens. It really is Private and set back from the main rd. You will feel at home being away from home you could say.
Large walk in showers to compliment the large room and open spaces. Great for families or close groups. Outside shower to rinse off from the pool.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Hello, swimming pool. Best beaches just down the road with the best snorkeling in a protected reserve so the fish can thrive. Only short drive to town, location is set amongst the two largest resorts on the island if you have come with a large group but......you are away from the hundreds of others at resorts.
