Whether you're looking to indulge in the nearby Metung Hot Springs and Country Club, or simply take a quiet stroll along the picturesque bush setting, Mountford Cottage offers an unforgettable experience.
Inside the cottage, guests can unwind in the lavish decor and comfortable furnishings, complete with luxurious French linen, towels, and toiletries. The main room features a TV, free Wi-Fi, wood heater, and reverse cycle air-conditioning, ensuring complete comfort during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge/freezer and pantry items, is perfect for preparing a delicious meal for your partner.
For the ultimate relaxation experience, soak your weary body in the private outdoor bath, complete with linen dressing gowns and towels. Welcome to 'Our Metung Stays'! My name is Paula and I am thrilled to be your host. I live in Melbourne with my husband, three young adults, and our two beloved dogs. Metung and the Gippsland Lakes region hold a special place in our hearts, which is why we decided to build our beautiful Cabin and Cottage to share with friends, family, and guests like you.

You can curl up in a warm blanket in the window seat of the master bedroom at Lakeview Retreat Metung and watch the water change colors as boats pass by, or you can cozy up in front of the fire at Mountford Cottage.
