With 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms plus a pull out bed in the large second lounge this bright home can accommodate 2 families or a large group comfortably. Just minutes from Mandurah foreshore, the location provides superb potential for fun activities as well as relaxation.
Offering space, comfort, style and a terrific location, this holiday house ticks so many boxes. The open plan living includes plenty of comfortable seating with a smart TV and a dining suite that seats 8. The kitchen is modern and sleek, well-equipped for an extended stay and perfect for cooking for a large group. A dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine are all included. Alternatively cook up a storm on the BBQ outside with undercover seating for 10. With ducted air conditioning your comfort is assured and free WiFi ensures you can hook up should you need to, for work or entertainment. The second large living room also has a smart TV and a large fold-out sofa bed.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed with an ensuite at the front of the house, while the other three bedrooms, another Queen and two twins, are located at the rear of the house. They are all beautifully presented, as is the modern family bathroom with a bath. A single fold out bed for a child is available plus the sofa bed in the TV lounge, providing extensive sleeping accommodation for 10. All linen is included.
Secure side access allows plenty of room to park the boat and trailer. There is a double garage for your use, as well as a bar fridge in the garage for your convenience. The outdoor shower is great for a quick wash after bushwalking or swimming.
All in all, you’re set to have a wonderful stay in this well-thought out holiday home.

Situated in Erskine, a quiet residential area, and right across the road from the nature reserve on the shores of the estuary, this location allows you to walk, cycle, bird watch and scoop for our famous Blue Manna crabs. Put the boat in the water to explore our famous waterways alongside our friendly dolphins and pelicans. It’s a wonderful, peaceful and family-friendly environment and you’ll create some treasured memories.
Of course, you’re also close to the wonderful coastline with some amazing beaches, providing so many options, from swimming and surfing to scuba diving and fishing. There are beautiful walkways and cycleways nearby as well as cafes for a coffee or bite to eat.
A short drive away is Boundary Island Brewery, well worth a visit, or venture into Mandurah with its vast array of cafes, bars and restaurants.
The foreshore offers fun for the kids too, with great playgrounds, a pirate ship experience, the hop-on-hop-off tourist train, King Carnival, Amaze Miniature Park and the aquatic centre. So much choice!
No children to amuse? Don’t worry, there’s plenty for the adults, with some excellent golf courses, wineries and spas in the nearby area.
Come and enjoy your estuary break in Erskine. You really won’t want to leave!
DOGS & PETS
Most property owners will not allow guests to bring pets to their homes. There are some exceptions (the property will be listed as pet friendly) but under no circumstances are guests permitted to bring pets without first seeking permission and then obtaining prior written approval from the booking agent. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 is payable upon approval per animal. No pets to be on beds or furniture inside the property.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 11pm
