Recently renovated throughout with a spacious living/ dining area with a split system air conditioner, large Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, electric cooktop, and Piccolo Espressotorio coffee pod machine. Alfresco dining area on the balcony with a commercial grade BBQ plate, what a great place to sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful ambience and water views that Soldiers Point offers.
The unit has three bedrooms, all with a split system air conditioner in each and linen and bed making provided. The main bedroom has an ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity whilst bedroom two has access to a private balcony. The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and vanity and the unit provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
Car parking for two vehicles being a dual tandem undercover space for 2 small vehicles. There is also street parking on Soldiers Point Road.
Rick Stein Bannisters restaurant and Soldiers Point Bowling Club are only a quick 2-minute drive away. Across the road to the tennis courts, cafe and shops and two minutesâ walk to Soldiers Point boat ramp, Soldiers Point Marina, and waterâs edge.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
