The first bedroom is on the first level along with bathroom (not attached).
The primary bedroom is on the second level features a an ensuite bath.
The remaining three bedrooms are on the second level.
Just steps to the lower level you will be pleasantly surprised to find newly renovated indoor recreational space which includes an indoor bar and wide screen tv.
The outdoor amenities will amaze you. There is a private fenced yard. A large outdoor seating area. An indoor/outdoor bar. And of course â amazing water views.
