Modern, cheerful cottage located in the heart of Lagoon City or, as some might say, mini Venice. A perfect place with waterfront views of the canal, where you could fish and take your boat and enjoy the hot tub.

The Casino Ramara is a 25 min drive. Vetta Nordic Spa is 30 mins away.

For winter, ice fishing is available on Lake Simcoe, 15 mins walk from the cottage. Also, Orillia & Lake country is just 30 mins away, offering cross-country skiing, forested trails, fat biking and snowshoe trails, or rent a snowmobile and cruise the more than 300km of groomed trails winding.

For downhill skiing and snowboard lovers Mount St. Louis Moonstone is just 1 hour drive.

A grocery store, LCBO, Tim Hortons, and Wild n Wing bar are just a 5 min drive from the cottage.

You will have high-speed internet, three smart TVs, and parking available for up to 4 cars.

Great escape

The rental was very spacious, clean, and with a beautiful kitchen that has everything you need. Beds are super comfy. (Unfortunately it rained the weekend we were there and didn't get to take full advantage of the beach, hottub and bonfire). Quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Amazing Home and Location.

The host provided an amazing stay for my family and I. Pictures do not do this place justice. It is truly a home and you feel at home the money ment you walk in. Owner had excellent communication and answered questions before and throughout the stay. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to share with family and friends.

Great Getaway

Overall this location and the property are great. Had a mini family reunion with 5 older people and everyone was happy with the accommodation as well as all the amenities. The location on the canal in Lagoon City was great and we would definitely recommend this place.

Serenity

Very nice house. Modern/contemporary amenities. Comfortable beds, love the white beddings! The large TVs, have table, and lots of board games to choose from - fun for everyone, all ages. S'mores on the fire pit in the evenings!

I'm excited to be able to host you at this beautiful modern cottage with a waterfront view.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The main floor has a big kitchen where you would find all of the kitchen appliances such as an espresso coffee machine and the milk frother, a blender,4 slices of the toaster, a fridge with a water filter and an ice machine, a microwave, stove, dishwasher and all of your other essentials for cooking. It is the perfect place to have your breakfast. On the same floor, you will find the spacious dining room overlooking the water, where 8 people can sit comfortably. As well as the cozy living room with the canal views and the electrical fireplace, smart tv, arcade video game machine, books, and board games. Finally, the bathroom on the first floor has a stunning glass door shower with all of your shower essentials (Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash).

The second floor has 4 bedrooms with ultra-comfortable pillows and mattresses for a perfect night's rest. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the rest of the rooms have a queen size. The second bathroom on this floor comes with a tub.

On the patio, you will find a BBQ grill, an outdoor heater for colder nights, a table to enjoy your lunches/dinners as well as an outdoor lounge chair. The patio has a gate that keeps the young children and pets safe from getting close to the canal.

The hot tub is located in the backyard, overlooking the canal. In addition, a fire pit to enjoy.

You are welcome to bring your own boat and kayak as you will have access to the canal and the opportunity to dock your boat.

Fishing is allowed.

Please keep in mind all children must be supervised at all times when near the water. The canal should not be used for swimming, you can swim at the beach that is a 5 min walk from the cottage.
