3 night winter escape

Property worked great for our 3 senior citizen friends. We all felt the property was a good value. Only one small criticism, the water only reached slightly warm, making shaving and showering sub-par. Great views and quite spacious!

I am sorry to hear you had issues, Did you report any of the issues? No one can go 3 days in Florida without A/C Why did you contact the property manager? No issues were reported after your deparute?

Best vacation resort !!!

We had an amazing time ! Check in was fast and easy, the facility and amenities were amazing and everything was open and functioning !! The rooms we had were very spacious for all 8 of us and stocked with everything we needed !! The view from the balcony to the beach was stunning in the 16th floor ! We were able to visit everything we planned all within walking distance ! Super clean and amazing place ! Our host Cindy was beyond helpful when we needed anything (which was only once by the way ) I would highly reccomend checking it out if you have not ! Also super kid friendly and family oriented as well if your looking to visit with the family !!! We will be back soon !

Condo was what we expected. Kitchen was NOT stocked well at all, from no salt and pepper to cooking utensils. Property Manager was not available to answer or help with any issues.

Thank you for staying with us, I am availalbe 24/7 My cell is with my 24/7 If you went to the front desk with any issues they will contact me as well. We do not supply Salt or Pepper I just did inventory on this kitchen in Jan. I'd like to know what is lacking.

Beautiful beachfront!

The resort itself was beautiful. Being right on the ocean was amazing. The staff were very friendly, the pool and grounds were super clean, and there was tons for our kids to do. It was also very safe with the need to use keycard to get into the pool area itself. We also enjoyed the beach bar and the coffee shop each day! The resort is also on the boardwalk, which allowed us to walk to everything! We got a taxi ride from the airport which was a 10 minute ride and super convenient! The unit was spacious, but was very outdated. It was not very clean and we had to clean some of it when we arrived. That was gross. The balconies were nice, but the furniture in the unit could be updated. The mattresses were lumpy and the washing machine seemed to be on the fritz. We have been to other places where the owners have a binder of things to do in the area and recommended restaurants along with the menus. We recommend that idea to this owner! Overall, it was a great trip and we would definitely go back!

1st off I want to say. I knew that I was not getting a luxury unit and this was literally the last ditch effort to say at the Wyndham.2nd The reserving, checkin and host when went very smoothly With that being said...... Ive stayed the last 8 years at the Wyndham and never stayed in an unit like this... Im pretty sure the unit has not been touch since 1960 & what was repaired was soo poorly done ...... Paint is chipping off walls,floors, walls and doors stained, toliet seats are scratched, cabinets are so old they don't shut all the way. Chairs and doors water damaged.... The shower was sooo stained it looked dirty with someones used loofaha still hanging in the shower The second shower we had to fix the shower head becuase it fell off while using it. I was embarrassed to take money from my friends that were staying with me. I could go on and on with things that never have I every for that that amount of money. For the host, please walk this unit. People travel fair, plan for a long time and spend a lot of money to vacation with there family and it would be vary disappointing for them to get this unit, thinking that this is what all the units look like.

Great time

We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving weekend very much. The location is super and we were happy that so many places survived and were open after the hurricane a few weeks earlier. A few lightbulbs need replacing and shower in 2nd bathroom did not get hot but overall was excellent. A guide to working the TVs would be beneficial as well as a nightlight in each bathroom. Thank you for a nice time.

Great Location and Amenities

We loved our stay at Cindy's place, so much so that we extended to an additional night. The location was perfect and within walking distance to anything you'd need. The pools, kiddie pool lazy river and hot tubs were great amenities to have after a long day on the beach. The checkin process was quick and easy. We will definitely be returning. Thanks so much!

The place is nice, definitely needed updated. Looks like it wasn't cleaned. Food down front of dishwasher, dirt on floor in kitchen. At first site looks like stuff was sprayed all over the walls come to find out it was from the dryer just moisture. Master bathroom shower head wasn't on and water went everywhere. 1st full day there my daughter was in room By herself and 2 men just let themselves in. No warning nothing. Freaked her out!! Called front desk and message got lost....called back They sent me to south desk. Where I was told by the lady it was nothing to worry about just repair men in wrong place. And Cindy said she was gonna let us know. Received nothing to this day. My girl was scared. Felt like situation was blown off.

This was as awesome as I hoped it would be!

Our family is used to cruising but since the pandemic we haven’t. It had everything within reach for everyone from our 9yr old to 2 teenagers. That makes mom and dads life easier for sure! We will be back! ❤️

Life at the beach !

Condo was great, water was too ! Only thing I would recommend is new shower heads , they spray everywhere and a weighted shower curtain for Master bedroom!

Family vacation

We had a little issue with it getting warm inside...it seemed the air conditioner couldn't keep up with the heat.. but Overall our stay was awesome!!
