Great stay!

The property is exactly as pictured. The community it great. We really appreciated the kitchen was fully stocked and the pot and pans were in great shape. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home located .4 miles from our friends, which made our stay perfect. The home is super clean and spacious. There is a welcome book with suggestions and we did go to Schooners, a restaurant close by and it was fun and kid friendly. We also spent a day at the beach. There are many stores just a short drive from the home. The airport is 20 minutes away and easy to get to. I would recommend staying here and would book again should we travel back to that area.

LOCATION, REST & RECREATION

As the saying goes location, location, location. We loved the proximity to Winn Dixie, BOA and restaurants. We loved how easy it was to go to Shalimar, Fort Walton Beach and Destin. We loved the beach on Okaloosa Island. It was a pleasure not having to eat in chain restaurants; choosing between seafood, Thai, Italian, Greek and German foods was a treat! We highly recommend Nick’s Seafood Restaurant on Hwy 20 West Freeport, Stewby’s Seafood Shanty in Fort Walton Beach and the Twisted Grape Wine Bar in Shalimar, for their burgers, salad and soup! Recreational opportunities abound! My husband enjoyed golfing at Blue Water Bay, Rocky Bayou and Shalimar Point. I enjoyed shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets. It was easy traveling from Niceville to Pensacola and Freeport and we enjoyed the quiet of getting away from the beach areas. This VRBO is a winner!

Absolutely loved it!

My wife and I stayed at 819 Fairway Lakes Drive with our son for our recent vacation in Niceville and absolutely loved it! We are looking to move to the Bluewater Bay area in the future and wanted to stay in one of the neighborhoods and get a feel for the community and this house was a perfect fit. Our 20 month old son loved the open floor plan and had a blast running around and chasing his toys through the living room. The beds are very comfortable, and everything felt homey. The screened in sunroom was awesome for evening sitting with a glass of wine without getting chewed up by mosquitos. The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. We are big beach people and drove to Destin and Lincoln Park twice each and it was literally 15 minutes from pulling out of the driveway to feet on the sand. The only minor suggestion we would have is a few more towels would have been helpful, but I’m nitpicking. Honestly, we could have moved in and made this place a home. I highly recommend this house if you are visiting Niceville or looking for a vacation rental alternative to a hotel. We would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic home w everything we needed to feel at home

It is a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the close proximity to the golf course. The house was fully equipped with all you need to cook a nice meal. The bed in master was super comfortable! Tony was super whenever we had contact w him.

Amazing place!

This house was literally perfect. We came with little ones and it was plenty of space. The open concept was ideal to keep an eye on everyone, too. The patio was perfect for early morning coffee! Unit is especially clean, which I appreciate. We had a blast playing monopoly, & the beach is just one bridge away. Bluewater Bay neighborhood is super safe too. I felt at ease here. Cannot wait to return!

Simply Amazing Home!!

Pristine home that comfortably sleeps 6! Huge kitchen! Very spacious! Lovely neighborhood with very friendly neighbors walking their dogs in the evening! Close to anywhere you want to go in the Niceville Destin area. 15 minutes from the airport! What’s not to love about this house!! Don’t hesitate to rent this spacious get away! We loved it and would rent it again in a flash!! Just awesome!

Recommended for Niceville area

The home is clean, well-equipped and has ample space. The kitchen is especially nice and the full-size washer and dryer was an unexpected bonus. The location is convenient to the north bay. It is about 25 minutes drive to the Gulf Coast beaches.

Excellent property

We rented this place for 10 days. It was clean, beautiful, well kept, and great location. We had all the dishes and pots and pans we needed. We were able to reach the manager with ease. Equipment was top quality. Very safe location in a well kept neighbourhood. I would rent this property again.

AWSOME Experience

The property is located in a amazing neighborhood. It’s quiet and beautiful in and around the area. The neighbors are friendly. The host was very nice and everything was on time with no issues at all with the property. The rooms and house in its entirety was beautiful. When I asked the host what do I need to bring for the house. Their reply was simply all you need to do is grocery shop the house was equipped with EVERYTHING!!! All you really do need is to grocery shop lol. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. -The Anthony Family-

Very Homey & Beautiful

The home is very beautiful and clean when I found it, little details like having a cutting board ready for me to use on the kitchen counter are details that I appreciate because I love to cook when I travel. Highly recommend this place.
