Denna nymålade enhet ger en öppen planlösning med mycket naturligt ljus, komplett med vackra terrazzogolv. Uppdaterat kök med nya skåp och apparater inklusive diskmaskin och inbyggd mikrovågsugn. Inkluderar Wifi och HD-kabel i sovrum 1 och vardagsrum. Ligger ett kvarter från Inner Coastal och 1 mil från grannskapet båt ramp och färja som ger gratis transport till den privata stranden. Endast 3. 5 miles från Manasota Key och mindre än 10 miles från Casey Key. Husdjur är välkomna med förbehåll för godkännande av försäkringsbolaget. Great place to stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for my husband, daughter, and I. It’s located within 20 minutes of 3-4 beaches, which made it perfect driving distance to see all of them. Laura is very responsive and great to communicate with !

Wonderful stay central to family visit

This was a great place to stay to visit our family spread across the area. It's a quiet neighborhood with easy access to 41 and I-75.

Great Location!

We loved staying close enough to our favorite beach (Blind Pass) yet we were also super close to all of my favorite stores and restaurants. Easy access to everything. Was a nice place for a quick getaway.

Escaping the cold

The property owner is a tremendous host. Goes out of her way to make sure your stay is as nice as advertised. Beds are comfortable, the home is clean, and the location is close to many nice beaches.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, well equipped, great location, etc. Our host, Laura was a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to work with. Excellent location near the beach and loved the Ferry!

This home is a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath (not 2 bath) home with all the amenities needed to have a wonderful stay. So close to everything, yet in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed the bike paths and used the Ferry to the private beach of S. Venice..found sharks teeth, and enjoyed fabulous sunsets...Owners are super and very responsive to any minor issue that came up! Plenty of beach chairs, bikes and sand sifters to use...Can't wait to come back next year! Thanks!!

Easy Check in, Very Clean, perfect for small family.

The property was clean but the grass was very long especially in the back yard. The indoor areas were very clean as well. It's well maintained. We had some issues with the TV in the bedroom not functioning properly (not turning on manually & remotes not working). That was basically the only problem we had. It was very comfortable and accurate to listing description. Overall very happy with our stay. Thanks

Fantastic Property in a Quiet Neighborhood

This is a very clean and up to date apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. You are provided with one roll of paper towels, so you may need to buy more, depending on the length of your stay. (This also applies to the toilet paper...1 roll for your stay.) There are no condiments or spices kept at the property. If you will use aluminum foil or plastic wrap, you will need to bring that, too. Keep that in mind when shopping for your meals. The location of this property is just a few minutes from Venice Beach and downtown Venice. There is a nature park nearby. Great for walking. You will love watching the birds in the backyard and out front. Many different species, big and small! The apartment is cozy, welcoming, and CLEAN! The beds are comfortable and the shower is roomy. There are 3 tvs in the apartment with a variety of programming options. The host makes the whole process easy and enjoyable. Great choice for a long or short stay in Venice.

Great stay!

We arrived in the middle of the night and the owner left the porch light on for us. They also answered our call when we couldn’t figure out the thermostat. We had all the kitchen supplies we needed to make home cooked meals. Water pressure was good and furniture, including beds, were comfortable. The location was a short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. I mentioned to the owner that my daughter wanted me to bring home a coconut and they gave me one. They really went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Venice Beach Stay

This property was pretty much as described. Home was very clean and check in was a breeze, the only issue we had were the ants, but that is an easy fix. Also, there is no control of the AC, it is not allowed to go below 74 degrees which in the summer is makes it a little warm.. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Had a few issues with the stay.

The first morning that we woke up they had begun construction on the house. The front pergola was taken down & they jack hammered the sidewalk & porch on the front of the house. Also when we arrive the owner had a cat & she told me that the pervious tenant loved her cats & they would let her cat come in the house. That was a huge problem for us since my husband is allergic to cats. He had to take medication the whole time we were there. Have always enjoyed our stays at VRBO's but this was not the greatest.

Nice quiet location

Had no Wi-Fi was the only problem. The area was nice, my dogs enjoyed the yard to play. Able to hand up my dive gear to dry for the next day. The owner was very nice.

Your comfort and satisfaction is extremely important to us. We make every effort to provide a clean, comfortable environment that you will want to come back to. We would rather be in our Venice home than anywhere on earth and hope you will enjoy it too.

We love our oversized yard - plenty of room for tropical fruits and perfect for our dogs to run and play. For less than the cost of a small room at the local motel, you can enjoy all the benefits of home.
