Located in a tightly secured apartment complex, this light-filled one bedroom offers a comfortable upgrade to a hotel room without the price tag.
Quaint, yet comfy, our lounge area offers a 2-seater couch and TV. The open-plan kitchen/lounge opens up to an under-covered outdoor area with outdoor setting to enjoy fresh air all year round. Thereâs an aircon/heating unit in the lounge room for your cooling and heating needs.
Thereâs a large size bedroom with queen bed, crisp, clean, hotel-grade sheeting and comfortable pillows plus large floor-to-ceiling glass door wardrobe with plenty of hanging space.
Visiting for work? Then plug in the laptop and finish off those last minute emails in a quiet location away from the office, at our small workspace located in the bedroom. Comfy modern fabric armchairs are also provided for your comfort.
The bathroom is modern and stylish with large shower and plenty of storage space behind the mirrored vanity. Just like the hotels, we offer a small amount of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap but recommend for those staying for longer periods to top up with their own.
Awaken your taste buds to the many flavours on offer at the local restaurants, or for those looking to eat in, the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas oven and cook-top, microwave, blender, toasted sandwich maker and assortment of pot, pans and cooking utensils. Tucked away in the same area is a European laundry with washing machine and washing powder for your use as well as an iron. A small clotheshorse is also provided for you to hang your washing either indoors or outside.
Close to Melbourneâs iconic precinct of Brunswick and Fitzroy, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to alternative fashion boutiques, live music gigs, beer gardens and plenty of arty cafes and eateries. You'll be spoilt for choice in this location, yet the apartment is very quiet to tuck away both day and night.
Whether you are visiting for work or pleasure, you have easy access to public transport with the Brunswick Train Station a 250 metres up the road (less than a 2 minute walk) and tram route almost at the building door, 80 metres away.
Train ride is 15mins to Southern Cross and 18mins to Flinders St and tram is 25mins to the city via Route 19 tram.
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. We provide clear instructions for key collection (which is located a short 1 minute walk from the apartment) available until 9pm at night.
We give you full privacy but are available should you have any questions.

Brunswick is an upbeat alternative area that is lively with many bars, restaurants and cafes to choose from.
Outside your door are trams that go direct to the city. There's also a train station 300 metres up the road that goes direct to Spencer street station and Flinders street train station.

- Body corporate rules and restrictions apply. We are not responsible for any changes, building works or facility closures that are our out of our control.
- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.
- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.
- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.
- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.
- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!
- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.
- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.
- ID is required to place your booking with us.
- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.
- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.
-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.
- Please leave the property as you found it :)
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.
- Please donât rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.
- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.
And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
