Nice spot for family of 4

Had everything we needed. Great location right on the beach. Was helpful to have the washer and dryer. I liked the glass enclosed balcony and that it was only on the 3rd floor of a smaller building. Couple of minor things were addressed by the rental company. (They replaced a non-working coffee pot) I did need to wipe out the fridge before we could unload our food.

Best vacation ever

We had the best time staying in the condo. The pool was amazing. The room was awesome. All of the other condo owners were so kind. It was the best vacation.

We were impressed with how close the condo was to the water. Enjoyed waking up and having coffee while looking at the waves. Location was a dream!

Definitely recommend!

This was a perfect spot for our family of 5. Kid friendly and just steps away from the beach. Nice size pool right next to the ocean. Our family will definitely be staying here again in the future! It had everything we needed except a blow dryer, so make sure you pack yours.

Edgewater 33 was great for us

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location is perfect, we could not believe how close to the beach we were, I've heard the term steps from the beach, this place truly is. At night the temperatures were perfect to open the door and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing, we slept so good, The people at Bender were super nice and very helpful. We will definitely be back to stay at Edgewater, i don't want to stay anywhere else.

Baseball trip

Perfect size for my family of 5. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Only thing is it gets a little warm in the master bedroom, but there is a box fan you can run and it keeps the air moving.

Really close to gulf. What impressed me the most was the facility was very clean and secure. I don’t have a lot of experience in condos but this was really great. Also the enclosed balcony was a nice touch.

4th of July Stay

Listing was as described online. We were unable to do an early check in due to short staffing in cleaning dept. Had a great view and easy access to elevators to pool and beach and has a pizza shop across the street.

Right by the Gulf

This was the closest building to the gulf we've ever had. Really nice. We overlooked the outdoor pool which had 2 double swings sitting by the pool - a useful novelty. Condo was clean, comfortable, and updated with big screen TV in LR. We were glad we had double sliding doors on the deck when it rained-none of the the 6 seats got wet. Bender very professional. We'll go again.

Unit was fine on the surface, but not so good overall. Cabinets are in poor condition and difficult to open/close. Floors were filthy. Doors stick and don't close properly. Mattresses very soft and worn out. Sliders were difficult to open and close. Rest was ok. Very poor for the money spent. Needs TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental property was nice enough but I would like to recommend a few things that need to be changed. There are too many items sitting around that take up the space that we needed for our things. There are not some necessities supplied in the kitchen that would be so helpful, like a Pyrex measuring cup or a mixing bowl or an iron. There is a strong musty odor in the kitchen cabinets and closet. The kitchen table and chairs, while are sturdy, are hideous in their finish, the dark varnish on top of the table and chairs is sticky and rubs off on your clothing. We loved the closeness to the beach. The pool was nice but due to the cool weather a hot tub would have been nice to have.

Convenient but needs deep clean

The location was the most ideal. Absolutely perfect. Not the knit pick but under the beds and furniture look like they haven’t been cleaned/swept in some time. The master shower tub needs a deep clean, bad. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The patio was one of our favorite spots and offered plenty of seating. It was nice to have kitchen basic essentials. It was also convenient that a small amount of dishwasher soap and laundry soap were provided. Though having even Clorox wipes to wipe down the kitchen would have been nice. The guests are not owners (obviously) so coming in to park be sure not to park in those spots. One major inconvenience, since we had children, the bathroom by the pool is for owners only and has a code lock to get in. They do not share that bathroom no matter how bad you child has to go. While they didn’t allow renters to use the restroom they were very nice people. Overall we would 100% book this unit again.

25th Anniversary get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect, the weather was perfect and Gulf Shores is an excellent place to vacation. From the third floor, you look directly down on the white sandy beach and we couldn't of asked for a better view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable but the master bathroom was a bit small with very little space to set things on. The living room furniture was clean and comfortable. The spare bathroom was plenty big enough and we ended up using that during out stay. The unit needs some updating and needs a good deep cleaning but overall was clean enough and we felt very comfortable staying there. Bender Realty did a great job throughout the entire process! We would highly recommend Gulf Shores as a vacation destination! Just a quick side note... At Edgewater the units all have two sets of sliding glass doors which most other buildings don't have. We really loved that feature for several reasons including reducing outside noise.

Great location

This is an OLDER unit, but it is in the PERFECT location and offers a GREAT view of the beach. We had a few housekeeping issues upon arrival but the host was VERY QUICK to address them and did not interfere with our stay at all! Bring your own games as there are none and only one throw blanket.

Great Property

Gul Shores has some of the best beaches on the planet and this property offers a front row seat. The views from the balcony are amazing. The condo was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful time

We had a wonderful time. Loved that there were 2 working recliners. I was a lil upset that there is only 1 handicapped parking place. Then over half is for owners parking. Other than that it was great. Marilyn was very helpful with everything.
