This is a dual key property, so you will also have access to the studio apartment which has a fully equipped kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and bar fridge. You will enjoy the comfort of a queen bed and 2 singles that can be made into a king on request and in the studio a queen bed plus a queen sofa bed.

"What A View" is part of the Searene apartments and has an infinity edge pool with a spa that is positioned to take in the most amazing views of the Coral Sea and Hayman Island. This is a great designed complex that is sure to leave a lasting impression on your family and friends.

The apartment is fully air conditioned, has free unlimited Wi-Fi, a washing machine and clothes dryer and an elevator that takes you up to your apartment floor. There is also 2 secure undercover car spaces.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

Not what we paid for

Views are amazing but can't rely on that to cover up the downfalls. Our room was meant to sleep 4 but when we arrived there was only 1 bed, we were told that the sofa bed was for our teenage kids but it was broken so their solution was to give us blow up mattresses which we had to blow up ourselves, also the sliding door to the bathroom/toilet was jammed open when we arrived allowing no privacy when in there so we reported it and were told it would be fixed right away, by the end of the holiday the door still hadn’t been repaired but the views are good. I'm never one to complain but when you pay good money for something and to see the disappointed looks on our kids faces each day when we returned to our room it's upsetting

Perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment plus adjoining studio were fantastic. The verandas and outdoor space was huge. Slept 4 girls between both apartments perfectly. Well maintained and clean. Close to town and in a quiet complex. Only suggestion would be to increase the size of sink in vanity of main apartment. We have never seen a sink this tiny. We used the kitchen sink to wash our faces. We will definitely book again.

Reviewer Comments: Property view was outstanding and just as picturedCouple of things in the apartment needed attention which we passed on to the property managers.The terraces and furnishings outside were excellent Bit strange receiving a noise complaint at 5.30pm on Saturday evening when the music festival in town was louder from the balcony but that was handled well by the property managerWould definitely recommend and stay here again

Holiday at Airlie

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing location and the view was so relaxing, felt like we had been on holidays for months after just a week. On the down side, the lift was broken, the air cons full of mould, the unit was not clean, the beds were uncomfortable and the general complex was dirty
