Downstairs also offers a full kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 sinks to help for large groups. Lots of shaded area up and downstairs for families to gather and now plenty parking area with a rocked driveway and yard for larger vehicles and also boat trailers.  Nearest golf cart crossover path is #2.3 Cypress Lane.
