PET FRIENDLY- Two dogs (maximum weight is 50 lbs) will be allowed in this home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know, and there will be a $150 per-dog, non-refundable pet fee added to your stay. If any additional cleaning is needed, this will be billed to your credit card.

Round House Retreat on the Bay is a four-bedroom, four-bath (one bathroom is located downstairs underneath the house) home located 7.4 miles down the beautiful, peaceful Ft. Morgan peninsula with a large wrap-around balcony overlooking the Bay. A brand new pier and boat slip are right outside your door!

This newly renovated home features brand-new beds, stylish new flooring, modern countertops, and upgraded appliances. Freshly renovated bathrooms with new vanities add a sleek touch.

• A large covered area under the house is perfect for your family gatherings!

• Access to the balcony is from the living room, dining area and one bedroom

• Brand new flooring is throughout the home

• Fully equipped and newly updated kitchen with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining table has seating for six, and there are three bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the home

• Home is equipped with Smart TVs ready to use with your own Netflix, Hulu, and other entertainment accounts that you may have (there is no cable or satellite)

• The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and twin bunk beds

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed (must walk through another bedroom to get to this room)

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
