Very nice stay in the Eastern Poconos

I stayed with nine friends for a woodsy weekend at this property and we had a really nice time. Our contact at Evolve, Serena was wonderfully responsive and helpful. Our favorite things about the house where the extremely comfortable beds and bedding and the hot tub. When we first checked in, there were a couple of things that needed to be fixed, but maintenance was dispatched promptly. The fire pit had a ton of moisture/debris so we couldn’t make a fire and the community lake had goose excrement EVERYWHERE on the lawn and sand. Other than those two minor things, we had a great time and really enjoyed the house and the location!

Wonderful Stay!

The house is very spacious and accommodating for all! We had our annual ski trip with our family, my sisters family and our parents. More than enough room to spread out. We arrived to a very clean and welcoming home. Chocolates on the pillows, snacks on the table, coffee pods, sugar, teas and more. The beds and bedding are very comfy! 3 full baths with extra amenities, like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, make up removers, hair ties, etc. every room has a closet which is a nice feature. The kitchen has a large supply of dishes, pans, glasses, wine glasses and lots of plastic cups for the kids. The teenagers wanted to use the Murphy bed and we weren’t able to find the sheets, but the owners immediately accommodated us and had a target delivery. We also got lucky with a few inches of snow while we were there and the owners also had a snow shovel delivered so we could clear the steps and walk way. The hot tub was a hit for sore legs from the slopes. We were able to watch deer in the backyard every morning and evening which we all enjoyed. The gate to get in and out of the development is not as difficult as people have said. Check in took all of 5 minutes and we never had an issue. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again! Great house!

Will not return to this property

While the inside of the house was very clean, there were significant flaws. The kitchen supplies were inadequate. Not enough plates, cutlery, etc for as advertised 'sleeps 12'. The outside of the house was in very bad disrepair. First look as we drove up, driveway filled with debris (sticks, leaves), the gutter was hanging off the front of the house, the front steps were worn, two shades of stain off and bare wood exposed, the screened porch had a broken bench, the screening was not attached in a couple of places, there was holes in the screened porch door so animals got into the porch and the lawn was non existent (some green was all weeds, much debris, like driveway - leaves from last Fall and lot's of small and medium size branches all over). The other thing that was a minor problem was the gate system at Penn Estates, since it is not manned there were times it took more than 5 minutes to get through the gate, even with the pass issued upon arrival.

one of the best stays ever

this house was nothing short of amazing. from start to finish the host Serena was very accommodating . the house was fully equipped with all the necessities for our vacation. the house was close to all the fun attractions . the house also very clean and spacious for my entire family .

Amazing!

This was the smoothest rental I’ve ever had! Communication was easy, there are directions clearly posted, there are labels on everything! The house was immaculate. The games were great for the whole family! We loved it!

Family get-together

The house was perfect for a small family gathering with movies, dinners and time to relax together. The only thing that would make it better would be more clear instruction on the check in at the main gate for the property. The house itself is lovely.

East Stroudsburg's Best

Went to East Stroudsburg, PA, for a family wedding and decided to rent this beautiful home with our entire family! At first, we were comprehensive about the space but took the chance anyway, and there were no regrets. The kids had a blast in the home's play areas and plenty of room!

Amazing stay!

This home was so amazing! The house was airy and spacious, and super clean! The beds and linen were very comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Communication with our rep was great, answered us right away whenever needed. There were toys, books and games for kids in addition to the game room in the garage. Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend! We had such a great time!

Awesome house

We had a great stay in the house. It is fully renovated and newly modeled house. Had few games and kids are enjoyed. Only one cons to say, heat control is not working.
