The Space:
Studio 2 is positioned on the first level beneath the ownersâ holiday home, with its own entrance and a sheltered patio that feels tucked into the greenery. The studio has a calm, straightforward layout, with soft light coming in through the sliding doors and the sound of the beach just across the road.
Inside, the open-plan design keeps everything practical and uncluttered. The king bed sits alongside a small lounge area, giving you a comfortable place to relax after a swim or before heading out for dinner. The kitchenette includes the essentials, a small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, bowls, cutlery, and glasses, enough for easy breakfasts and simple meals.
The bathroom is clean and functional, ideal for quick rinses after the beach. The patio works well as an outdoor sitting space, offering privacy and a quiet spot to read, rest, or enjoy a drink before settling in for the night.

Guest Access:
Thereâs parking at the property, and Little Oneroa Beach is just across the road, so no need for shoes.
Check-in is from 2pm, and check-out is 10:30am. Early or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on bookings either side

The Little Oneroa bus stop is a short walk from the studio, with routes running to Oneroa Village, Onetangi, and the Matiatia Ferry Terminal. Buses also stop near all major wineries, making wine tasting easy without a car.
Hire cars, taxis, scooters, and e-bikes are available across the island. On-site parking is provided if youâre bringing a vehicle.

Kitchen facilities are limited to a small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, bowls, cutlery, and glasses.
Waiheke Island operates on rainwater tanks, and water is limited, especially during the drier months. Guests must be mindful of water use during their stay.
Minimum stays apply:

The Stay Waiheke team are locals who love this island and are always happy to help with anything you need. Weâre available seven days a week from 8:30 am to 5 pm, and for emergencies only, thereâs an after-hours number so youâre always covered.
