Came for the eclipse Positives: - location easy to get to food and services - nicely appointed kitchen and family room - updated and new kitchen and furnishings - coffee and tea available Negatives: - noisy road just outside - broken steps getting in and out - 2nd bath small and odd location - spiders beetles and other bugs - heater in floor covered by rubber rug fire hazzard - listing says driveway for two cars. Only possible if they are extremely small. Driveway very narrow Probably would seek a different accommodation if we were to come to Reno again

Disappointing VRBO

Keyless entry code not working, property manager forgot to notify me they had left a key in the mail box Front entry steps were broken & very hazardous. Night lighting at front door was not working. No hair dryers in any of the bathrooms Rubber backed rug was left covering a large floor heating vent. Sheets & towels from previous tenant were left in the dryer with a full dryer vent. The service fees were extremely high

Property management issues

Property management is lacking. The instructions to access the property was not accurate. To make matters worse, the property contact did not respond until the next morning! I contacted thru provided phone number (voicemail was full - called several times), message thru Vrbo, and texted. I was emailed the next day. Regarding the property itself, location is good although it’s on a main street so it’s a little loud. When we finally got in the temperature was extremely hot and took four hours to cool off due to the type of air unit. The unit has to remain on to maintain comfortable temperature. I feel the property management company should have prepped that for arrival. The living room couch (only one; so pictures on ad are not updated) was not comfortable at all. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Bathroom is clean and updated. The mattress in the bedroom off the front of the house was very uncomfortable. That needs to be replaced for the comfort of guests. The second bedroom was okay. Overall, the owner needs to upgrade a couple of furniture pieces. I wouldn’t stay at this property or any property with this management company.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was centrally located, which suited our needs for our reminisce tour of Reno.

Great spot in Reno!

Perfect little home, well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Walking distance to coffee, food, and a brewery. Check in and out was easy, communication was great and the space was very clean. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!
