This is a gorgeous townhouse directly across the road from Sunshine Cove. You can sit on the front deck and watch the pods of dolphins frolicking just off the beach. The views are magic and you will never want to leave the deck! Sunshine Cove is a lovely safe place away from the crowds. On the entry level you will find a large bedroom with 2 single beds, There is also a bathroom/laundry and separate toilet on this level.Up the stairs you come into the open plan living/kitchen/balcony on one side with the generous main bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with bathtub on the other side of the stairs. The living area has RC air conditioning/heating and also a ceiling fan. Our generous owners have provided Foxtel and wifi and the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped so you can cook up a storm.Pet friendly for small pets only, as the house and yard are definitely not suitable for large breeds.

Please note linen is not included at this property. The bedroom configuration and stairs may not suit families with very young children. Please contact us before booking if you have any queries.

Wonderful place

The house had everything you need for a relaxing holiday, great location. Good views of the ocean and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was perfect Plenty of utensils pots pans etc in the kitchen. Food items there if you need them Rice, pasta, sauces and much more. Very nice unit to stay in and view of the beach is great and just across the quiet road. 5 min Batemans bay Great balcony for an afternoon drink Plenty of room for 2 people and 2 jack Russells

Relaxing stay at Merry’s Place

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our accommodation was a wonderful unit with a view over Sunshine Cove. Close to Batemans Bay and Surf Beach. Great Amenities in the unit with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was perfect, it felt like we didn’t need to unpack with all the extras in the house.Small issue was the stairs- we made a temporary fence so our 1 year old couldn’t walk/fall/ roll down it.
