Nice place to stay when visiting UWA

We had some trouble with wifi and the gate code had changed, but those things were resolved quickly. We enjoyed our stay

Cute and quaint

Came in for 2 family reunions and booked this nice home for my family. Never knew there was this option and found it by luck. Enjoyed our stay. Owners were super pleasant. Will definitely book again when the time comes!

Great home close to UWA

We stayed here for my daughter's college rodeo and it was perfect. About a 8 minute drive to the arena. Make sure you go to "A Taste of Home Bakery" if you are in the area, AWESOME food!! Our wifi didn't work, but that was ok since we had pretty good cell service. This was my daughter's last year to rodeo with her college but I have told other people about this house for next year. Thank you for hosting us!!

Pleasantly surprised and very satisfied!

In town for a family reunion and my sisters and I were able to stay in this nice modular home. The home was clean, King and twin beds very comfortable. I especially Ioved the decor of formal living room and dining room. I also enjoyed the deep bathtub, which allow me to soak my bones. It was 6 of us and I felt like we had plenty of room. It really was nice to have supplies to cook or clean with and we all really enjoyed the complimentary drinks left in the refrigerator. Something should be done to combat the smell of mildew in master bathroom, however still loved the double sink n toiletries. Evolve needs to update their info so guest is aware of new door lock code that was a mishap at the start of stay. Edward was great to work with. He was very helpful and accomodating during our stay. I suggest you enable wifi calling on your phone before getting into small towns, Alabama as with my network I had cellular issues until connecting via Wifi.

QC not done!

The house was not ready and we arrived a hour and a half late. The McNights were nice people but the temperature was over a hundred and we had to unload and try to dodge them for Almost another hour. The house was not cool and the dryer was still going. It turned out that the majority of the clocks had no batteries and over a hand full of light bulbs were out in vital places. Some one needs to do a quality control inspection. The wall outlets on the horizontal wall at the end of the house at a angle to the TV stopped working and that was where our computer was. The house had a mildew smell and needs to be aired out. We had a great house with NO problems in New Orleans right before we arrived at this house, or we would doubt Evolve. But we won't let this stop us from giving your company another try.

The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful! The property was well kept, the place was clean and spacious, all supplies for cooking and cleaning, the property owner was easy to reach with any concerns that I had, very welcoming. The neighborhood is really dark at night and hard to find! Thankful for the street light at the beginning of the driveway

Relaxing

Disappointed

While check in was easy and my family enjoyed the closeness to Livingston where we were attending a wedding, it appeared that the house had not been clean before our stay. We were greeted by a porch that had not been swept and outdoor rocking chair cushions laying on a porch bench. I wasn't sure what to think of that. Then when we were getting breakfast the next morning, there were coffee grounds on the counter (we didn't make coffee since there wasn't a drip coffee maker like the listing said there was). The bathroom counters hadn't been cleaned, nor had the mirrors. While playing a card game as a family in the living room, we noticed dirt on the rug under the glass top coffee table that had not been vacuumed up before our arrival. The sheets were clean for which we were thankful, but it was icky feeling like the shower may not have been cleaned since the last guests were there. I reached out to the property manager, who apologized. However, that doesn't make the stay comfortable when there was nothing done to make this wrong right. The property fee was way too high for cleaning to have been missed. We also didn't appreciate the smoke detectors that glowed brightly in the dark. We tried to go out the back door, but when the vertical blinds were carefully opened to get to the sliding door, several of the blinds fell down, appearing to already have been broken before we got there. We were told to leave the house as we had found it, so got the vacuum out to clean up after ourselves. It didn't even turn on (maybe that's why there was dirt on the rug from the previous guest?). I messaged the property manager to inquire about this, but this time got no reply. We were thankful for a place to sleep, but won't be returning to this house again and would caution people who are considering if they value cleanliness.
