Detta 4 sovrum, 3 1/2 bad town house ligger inom byn Sun Peaks mindre än en timme från Kamloops., BC. Gå in från det uppvärmda, privata bilhuset i huvudentrén, 1/2 badrum, kök, matsal / vardagsrum, komplett med gaspanna och ny LG 57 i. Platt TV. 12 'högt i tak med stora fönster ger det en öppen varm utväg stil känsla. Upp en nivå är 3 sovrum inklusive en master svit med eget badrum, ett rum med en queen size-säng och TV och det andra sovrummet med en dubbelsäng våningssäng på botten och enkelsäng på toppen, också 3 stycken badrum. Ner en nivå hittar du ett sovrum med dubbelsäng på botten och enstaka uppe. Även tvättstuga, rec rum med en utdragbar dubbelsäng med en TV och video-spelare, 3 stycken badrum med badkar / dusch. Utanför den här nivån är det 6 personer badtunna som väntar på dig efter skidåkning vid 104 grader. Tillbaka på huvudnivån finns en 12'x12 "däck ute med propan BQ. . Vår enhet är välfylld med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet, inklusive alla dina typiska köksapparater som diskmaskin, kaffebryggare och mixer. .Skidåkning skidor höger ut din ytterdörr till Morisey hissen eller njut av de många längdskidspår som gränsar till vårt hus. Du kan åka skidor direkt in i komplexet utan att gå eller ta en buss. Njut av en kort 15 minuters promenad till Sun Peaks byn där du hittar många restauranger, skid- / brädopsaffärer, kaféer etc. En buss finns tillgänglig varje halvtimme för att ta dig till byn för Sundance och Sunburt stolar. En liten väluppfostrad hund kan accepteras på begäran. (En större deposition och städavgift kommer att gälla).

Awesome Accommodations at an Amazing Ski Resort

The accommodations were great. We did have a dirty bed linen that was dealt with in a timely manner thanks to the host Bob. The Dirty Laundry Merlot wine bottle was a funny surprise with the returned laundered bedding. The place was well stocked. Hot tub was awesome and a must after a long day of skiing. The ski-in, ski-out was easier and better than anticipated, especially with young kids/skiers. My four kids favorite thing was the maintained sledding hill less than 5 min walk. This was such a wonderful place. We will definitely return.

Great Location

This place was great. It was a true ski-in/ski-out. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, it had everything we needed, and the hot tub is a very nice treat at the end of a ski day. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, tricky parking

We had a lovely stay. The house was clean, it was easy to spread two families of four out, and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very easy ski in and out! Just one lift to get back to the base. It’s written in the building description, but the only downside is there is only one designated parking spot in a garage for the house, and you can’t park in front of the garage. While this might not seem like a big deal, we spent a lot of effort trying to find parking and finally just stopped moving one of the cars and only drove the car that was parked in the garage. If you’re only one family, or if you plan to walk to town, this will be a moot point! But if you have two cars, and small kids who can’t walk to town, it may involve shuffling and parking far away. Overall though, great house, good neighborhood, and we had a good time.

Great spot!

Excellent place. Really appreciated Bob's communication throughout the stay. Very good ski in and out...tough for new skiers, however. Picturesque walk to the village along the valley trail. Toboggan park is across the road from the house.

Spring skiing getaway

We had a great stay at Sun Peaks at this property! Easy run (East Village Way) off of the Orient chair area to ski back to. Access to chairlift was a short walk across the road as is the walk into the village about 15 minutes away. The unit was clean and worked well for our family.

Great stay

This condo fit our family great with bathroom and bedroom and den with hida downstairs,beds upstairs were great.We have stayed in woodhaven units before we like this setup the best and the price is right. Have already booked it for next year

Nice unit. Not convenient to Village. Ski in ski out good. Dishwasher doesn't clean well. Bathrooms where clean, but overall was lacking.......left overs with dust on fridge and dishes in cupboard not clean. Hot tub needed to be cleaned. Over all too much money for what we got! Would not book again!

What a great stay

Family ski weekend

Overall the townhouse was gorgeous and had all the things you could need to be set up for and family weekend. Beautiful high ceilings dark wood work everywhere. It was just perfect!

Perfect Place

This townhouse had everything we needed and more! The location is central, and every family member (5 of us) had their own space and privacy. The kitchen is loaded with everything a family needs, the privacy of the unit in and out was perfect, and super clean! The personal hot tub was also very private and the maintenance guy was by to check in the tub (clean and safe)! The owners, Sandy & Bob were wonderful to communicate with, and responding extremely promptly to all questions! Highly recommend this unit!

Stay away from this property

The owner is looking to make a quick buck by eating our damage deposit. The place was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We found dog hair all over the couch and carpet. A member of our party has severe allergies and her eyes were swollen during the trip. We had to sweep, mop and clean all surfaces as it was filthy as soon as we arrived. When we left we made sure to clean everything upto our standard. The owner thanked us for making the beds and said “it seems like no one slept in the beds.” The next day he tried blaming the broken microwave handle on us even though we didn’t use the microwave. I told him about the lack of cleanliness of the home and the animal hair. He then turned it around and blamed it on us. Saying we had a pet at the property. He racked up a bunch of new issues about a ripped sheet and soiled towels. It seems they “clean” the property themselves and charge the cleaning fees just to pocket it. We tried making contact with him multiple times during our stay but he was never available... It’s a shame there are so many untrustworthy people out there. Stay away from this property.

My wife and I purchased this incredible townhouse in November of 2016. We have both skied at Sun Peaks our whole life, teaching our two boys to ski/board. You will enjoy the "village" experience during your stay.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We were very impressed by the quality of construction and the overall complex. The grounds are very well maintained. It is located in a real quiet area a short walk away from the main village.
