The Fijian is a modern and stylish 3-storey townhouse in the resort-style Lagoons Estate is easy walking distance to Nelson Bay CBD, DâAlbora Marina, and beach. Wander the cafes, restaurants and shops and soak up the laidback coastal vibe that Nelson Bay is known for.
Hit the surf at Shoal Bay or Fingal Bay Beach, just 7-minute drive away, then check out the stunning coastal views from Tomaree Mountain Lookout, and for further outdoor adventures, explore beautiful Tomaree National Park with a variety of walking trails.
The second storey of this fresh and vibrant holiday townhouse oozes with luxury furnishings, wall mounted Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, and comforts such as ducted air-conditioning. There is also a separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, lovely stone benchtops, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and Aldi coffee pod machine.
Opening out from the dining area is the undercover alfresco with a dining table and chairs, lounge area, ceiling fan, sink, gas BBQ and a fully fenced private rear backyard with synthetic grass for the children to play.
The other three bedrooms are located on the third level, they all have ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans. The main bedroom also has a Smart TV, Walk in Robe, private balcony and private ensuite fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity.
In addition to the ensuite there is a family bathroom on this level with a corner bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. A powder room with toilet and vanity is located downstairs along with the internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer.
The complex has a shared pool and tennis court - BYO racquets and tennis balls.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
