**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- Covered off-street parking is available for 1~2 vehicles (max. one large and one small vehicle can be parked here). On-street parking is available on the corner just above the carport. Off-street carpark is also available.
- Bicycle parking / equipment storage - We're happy to make the garage available to guests with bicycles, kayaks etc. This is located on the lower level of the building.
**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:
- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
- We will provide free postponement of your booking in the event of government travel restrictions, serious illness or other eligible compassionate circumstances.
