Our spacious 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms home is situated in a quiet and secure neighborhood in Cape Coral, close to Downtown Fort Myers. You are surrounded by everything you can think of; family amusement day for everyone to enjoy, golf courses for those birdies, malls for a good shopping spree, beaches and lots of restaurants for the foodies.

Family vaca

House was very neat and organized. Very few issues and Fred was extremely helpful when we needed help. I would recommend this home again.

Golf trip

The house was excellent, exactly as advertised. Fred was great, always answers all questions in a timely manner. The only problem, and I’m sure the owners had no control over this… all of the streets in the neighborhood were being repaired. Dirt street’s everywhere Otherwise 5 stars.

Beautiful, clean and relaxing!

Our family of seven LOVED the cleanliness and relaxed atmosphere, feeling like we were at home. The adults LOVED the labels for all the switches. Made it very easy to turn on the lights inside and out on the patio and pool area. We would definitely recommend this home to others!

Excellent property, plenty of room for 5 ball players. Always a quick response to all of the very minor issues we had and by quick I mean within minutes. I would book this place again in the future.

Perfect house for family vacation

This property was perfect for our family getaway. 4 adults & 7 children, there was ample space for everyone. The backyard is enclosed which was perfect for the kids to run around in. The property manager installed a removable fence around the pool as an extra safely precaution with the kids, that was very appreciated. It was extremely easy to put up & take down. The kitchen was well equipped, had everything that we needed. Fred was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We would 100% stay at this home again. Thank you for everything

Great Experience!

We came down (my wife and two young kids) to Florida with my brother's family (total 5 including 3 kids) and our parents and fortunately we found this great place. First and foremost, the host, Fred, was absolutely amazing! He was patient in answering our questions and attentive to our needs. Any time we would reach out he would reply immediately. I know this only has 5 stars, but we would give him a 10! The house is nice and was very comfortable. We didn't use the pool that much, since we visited the beaches so frequently, but it was a nice pool. The location is really good and super convenient to go to Publix, Aldis, Target, etc. There are also many different restaurants in the area to try out. I walked every morning and it was safe, although the road right outside definitely needed some work done on it. The washer and dryers worked great and they had plenty of towels for the bathrooms and for us to take to the beach. The kids really enjoyed using the beach toys also. We cooked several evenings and all worked well. Overall, it was a great place to stay at a good price. Really glad we came across the listing and booked when we did. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Nice Place

Nice Comfortable place for large Families or groups traveling together house was fully stacked w/ towels and sheets kids loved the pool & play room will stay here again if available next time in Cape coral.
