Bnb Booking presents - Villa Miami. Feel like you are on holidays the moment you walk in the door. This stylish newly furnished 3 bedroom home is close to everything that the Burleigh Miami area has to offer. Short walk to the beach, coles across the road and some of the best dining experiences the gold coast has to offer. Private pool and bbq to help enjoy the Gold Coast weather

As you enter the house you are met with a lovely open plan kitchen and living area. The lounge room oozes a relaxed coastal luxe vibe with stylish decor and a wash of neutral colours and there's a large new 65 inch 4k smart tv to catch up on your latest series or the morning news. The central piece is the circular dining table, the perfect spot for meals and conversations with your family. There's a fully equipped kitchen, a fabulous outdoor, undercover sun room with outdoor table and another large smart tv. There's also a guest laundry and toilet just off the kitchen area. The pool is located behind the sunroom and has two sun lounges.

Upstairs you'll find 3 good size, stunning bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 master has a king bed and ensuite with shower and toilet. Beautifully styled, It has a relaxed feel and has a t.v. with netflix

Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed

Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top.

There is another bathroom with a shower, a bath and a separate toilet.

There are lots of little extras available for your use while you are staying at the property including some bikes and helmets, body boards and a beach wagon, a high chair and port a cot and pram. (please request if you will need something specifically for your stay so we can check it is there).

"Starting August 16, 2023, A $55 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation"

Guests will have access to all areas with the exception of a couple of locked storage cupboards

NOTE:
- Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.

No shoes inside please as there is new timber flooring.

External security bond held for every booking.
As pro hosts with Airbnb our company (bnb booking) is permitted to do this off platform.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back).
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
