Newly built modern apartment on the border of De Waterkant and historical Bo Kaap. This sleek loft-style apartment has high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and a balcony giving it a bright and airy feel. Perfectly located a stones throw from the V&A Waterfront and De Waterkant with its cobbled streets and colourful houses. Just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the world famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches.

It features a modern open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge which opens onto a balcony through double volume floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances, and the living area has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bedroom is located in the upstairs loft. It has a comfortable extra-length queen size bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower.Â ï»ż

Only registered guests who are included in the original reservation are allowed on the property. No guest may bring visitors, friends, or additional people who are not part of the confirmed booking. This is a zero-tolerance policy, and any violation will result in immediate eviction.
Rule 3: Identification Document Needed upon arrival
The guest who made the booking must be the one to check in. A physical form of government-issued ID (passport, driverâs license, or national ID) must be presented upon arrival to verify the booking. Unfortunately, we cannot allow check-in for third parties or individuals whose names do not match the reservation.
