Full of charm with all the modern comforts to make your next holiday as enjoyable and relaxing as possible, as soon as you walk through the door you will love the ambience of the cottage, stunning timber floorboards throughout that lead to the open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area. The living area is stylishly furnished and has a Smart TV and free Wifi and opens out onto the alfresco outdoor dining area with a Weber Family Q BBQ and fully enclosed yard, which is perfect for children and dogs to run around and play.
The property features a well-appointed kitchen with an electric cook top and oven, dishwasher, family size fridge/freezer and microwave and internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer which is located in the single garage.
Two bedrooms with the main having a Queen Bed, ducted air conditioning and freestanding wardrobe and bedroom two having 2 Single Beds, sheets and bath towels and bed making are provided. The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, vanity, and separate toilet.
There is a single garage and enough room to park a boat in the driveway.
There is a $200 refundable security deposit required with this property.
