Absolute Beachfront property -Gateway to Mornington Peninsula
Long Island Beach house originated from the 70's and has that special charm that will entice you and family/friends to escape to their ultimate beach escape. As well as access to the golden sands of Long Island beach, walks can be taken along the boardwalk and trails along the Frankston/Mornington Peninsula.
Driving along the diverse but friendly Gould Street streetscape and arriving at the beach house you will park into your double lockup Garage and close yourself off to the world into your own oasis.
No need to take the car out agin as you are 2 mins from Restaurants, Cafes, entertainment and major shopping precincts.
As you walk in to the brightly wide lit hallway of the beach house, there is a choice of 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and BIR's, central tiled bathroom comprising of seperate bath, shower and toilet -with original 70s charm (images form part of the description)
There is an additional seperate toilet and shower adjacent to the separate laundry equipped with a Fisher and Paykel washing machine and drying rack.
At the end of the hallway is a large family room combined with a kids haven, smart tv, Wifi, playstation ,lounge chairs, kingsized trundle bed and bunks which overlooks the large sunny courtyard.
Up the stairs you enter the impressive living space with an abundance of natural light, bright open kitchen with everything you will need, combined living/dining with heater/air conditioner, SmartTV with Wi-Fi, large comfy couch, dining table and sliding doors leading to the outdoor deck with table and roasting BBQ. This is where you will find yourself most nights watching the sunset across the bay and take in the smells and sounds of the sea.
At the end of the hall you will find the fourth bedroom with a double bed and BIR. Adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.
The rear garden is a highlight with a large secured courtyard with plenty of play room and your own gate directly onto the beach.
Please note:
The living area downstairs has a kitchenette. We have temporarily turned off the electric oven and have Kid safety features covering the gas knobs.
All linen and bathroom towels will be supplied.
