A true gem set on 4 acres lot, 518 feet of highly sought-after westerly facing shoreline, nested deep in the woods and with 3000 sqft of living space, this beautiful cottage is a perfect place for people who are looking to relax, spend time with family & friends, enjoy the water and unwind in nature!!

Four season fully winterized cottage with a gorgeous view of the lake and sunset. The cottage offers 5 bedrooms; 12 sleeping; lots of window with majestic view of the lake, trees and sunset; 2 bathrooms and one powder room; well equipped large kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, baking dishes, air fryer; covered deck overlooking the lake; walkout basement with spacious rec area and direct access to the backyard.

This complete private cottage is only 5 mins from Hwy 400 right outside of Parry Sound and 2 hours from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Just mins away from the groceries, plazas, food and shops. Only 2.5 kms to Tesla Supercharger! The Town of Parry Sound is known as “jewel of the 30,000 Islands”!! The town offers beaches, ferry trips, waterfront restaurants, downtown shopping, summer sport rentals, parks, hiking and biking trails & much more!

A floating dock is available for diving, swimming, soaking up some sun or relaxation!! Please note the dock gets removed from October to May.

Please note that its a private lake and there is no access for launching your large motor boats, jet ski, or other motorized water crafts. There are few launch areas in and around the town for bigger lakes. Please do your own research if you plan on doing any water sport activities.

Guests with mobility requirements, please be aware that the cottage is raised and has steps on the entrance as well as to the waterside dock. Within the cottage, there are no steps except the staircases that goes to the second floor and basement. There is one bedroom on the main floor with king bed and a full bathroom. The access to the outside covered deck does not have any steps.

Labour Day Weekend at the Cottage!

Overall the stay was really good! My family and I had a good time eating, swimming, and huddled around the campfire. The house was really clean when we got there and all the rooms were comfortable to stay in. The house was a good size for all 8 of us. The dock is also located over deep water so it was great for swimming and fishing (maybe not ideal for kids). The kayaks were a lot of fun too. The only thing to note is that the property is located near train tracks that run all night and day, so it did wake me up at odd hours of the night (not great for light sleepers). Also, the fire ignition on the barbeque was broken and the grill hasnt been scrubbed in a long time. The fire pit is also a little flooded with coal and ashes from previous renters. Aside from this, i would recommend the place!

Great lakeside stay

The property is very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous cottage steps away from deep waters. Kayaks were made available which were plenty of fun. The host was very easy to communicate with. Fantatsic stay.
