Huset är helt nytt och stod klart i november 2016. Huset har 4 nivåer med gott om sova och socialt utrymme för stora familjer, grupp vänner eller medarbetare. Det finns fyra separata sovrum så att människor kan ha sin integritet medan de njuter av en stor bottenvåning för socialt utrymme. En av de bästa delarna av huset är de två stora utomhusutrymmena. Trädgården är ett bra ställe för morgonkaffe och grilla. Taket är stort med en fantastisk utsikt över den växande Philadelphia skyline.

När du öppnar nyckeln mindre entrédörr blir du förvånad av den öppna planlösningen. Vardagsområdet har både en soffa och kärleksstol för dig att koppla av och njuta av 55 "4K UHD TV / Roku / kabel. Dessutom finns det en X-BOX 1S för spelaren i dig som är utrustad med en 4K UHD Blue Ray-spelare. Det finns en trevlig sittgrupp där bordet rymmer 8 vuxna. Det senaste köket har alla dina matlagningsåtgärder. Uteplatsen har ett bord med 8 stolar för att dina och dina gäster ska sitta ute och njuta av en trevlig måltid.

Från den öppna kökområdet kommer det att finnas en trappa nedervåningen där du hittar 2 drottningssängar, badrum och en 32 ”HD-TV med kabel / Roku. Det finns ett barområde med handfat och vinkyl.

När du går igenom övervåningen är det här du hittar de återstående sovrummen. På andra våningen hittar du 2 sovrum, vardera med en dubbelsäng och en TV med kabel / Roku. Denna våning har också ett komplett badrum med badkar / dusch. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din bekvämlighet.

Befälhavaren svit ligger på 3: e våningen. Sovrummet har en kudde med topp kudde, sittgrupp med utsikt över stadens skyline och TV med kabel / Roku. Det finns en aerobed tillgänglig för större fester. Det stora badrummet har ett dubbelt handfat, ett badkar och stå-up dusch. För fester som är bokade över 10 kommer en deluxe-aerobed att tillhandahållas.

Sist men inte minst är din väg till taket. Här kan du sitta och njuta av stadsutsikten. Det finns bekväma uteserveringar för 8 och oroa dig inte eftersom det finns ett kylskåp och handfat på denna nivå.

Great Location / Super Clean

Came in to town for an Eagles game and this house is amazing on many levels. Proximity to stadium, restaurants, downtown, and the freeway is unbeatable. Very safe area, easy to find parking, and the house has everything you need. Shampoo, towels, fully stocked kitchen and an amazing rooftop. (Couldn’t use because of winter months — but still amazing) Finally, the property manager was great to work with through out our stay. Highly recommend

Relaxing City Oasis - 15 min. from points of interest

Sean & Anne were wonderful hosts of this spacious 4 bedroom home located a 15 minute drive from many points of interest. The property was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the roof views were breathtaking.

Weekend in Philly

A great place to stay. The house was just right for our group of friends. There were interesting restaurants in the area and a nice walk to center city. Thanks to our host for making the house comfortable and inviting. We’d love to stay there again next year.

Great place!

This was the perfect house for meeting our NYC-based kids in Philly for a fun weekend! More than enough comfy beds and baths and the rooftop on a sunny day is unbelievable! I've always thought that I could be a VRBO host one day but the extra amenities that these owners threw into our stay makes me realize a new level of service. They're amazing! So many thanks!

Birthday weekend

We traveled to Philly for my son’s 16th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own space and we were able to gather in the living room comfortably to watch movies. All activities were within a 15 minute drive and we always felt safe in the area. The rooftop view was beautiful and a great place to wind down at the end of the night, read quietly and watch the sunrise. The place was immaculate in cleanliness and the extra details were a very pleasant surprise! Communication was easy and timely. The neighbors were also very pleasant and helpful. Parking was not an issue as we always found a spot next to the basketball courts. When traveling to Philly again, we will definitely stay here!

Concert Weekend

Decided to rent property for the weekend to see Luke Combs Concert. Property was tastefully laid out/decorated inside. Roof top views of the city sold me on this one. Def a million dollar view for sure! Would recommend to a friend.

Relaxing good time in an urban setting

Lots of families with dogs walking in the neighborhood. A very welcoming feeling. Easy walk to groceries and really good and varied take out. Full kitchen so cooking was easy and added to family enjoyment. Playground round the corner. Every age had a good time. Thanks

Beautiful home!!

We drove in and found parking right in front of house which was wonderful. We used the bus which picked us up and dropped us off conveniently on the block where the home is located. We are from a rural area and do not live in the city, but we never felt unsafe, taken advantage of, or put out by any of the locals.... quite the contrary, everyone was always kind, courteous, and helpful... kudos to the locals! This didnt stop short of the homeowners either. I called ahead and they gave me helpful information which was so helpful in navigating the area. The check in was easy and the accommodations were wonderful. We had 2 adults and 5 kids (ranging from 17-18 years of age). Everyone had tons of room to spread out and have privacy and yet room to gather back together comfortably in the living room and dining room for meals and socializing. And that rooftop deck!!! That was icing on the cake. We loved going up and seeing the neighborhood from a birdseye view as well as the sweeping skyline of downtown Philly... marvelous! It is without pause, that we give this location a 5 star rating and would recommend it for future travelers! Much thanks to the homeowners for trusting us with your beautiful property!

Updated and Clean but some inconvienences

My extended family and I stayed here for 4 nights (9 people total). The area itself is close to downtown and things to do which was a plus. Property had been updated and was clean, however it had a few issues. There was NO parking near the house which made for a long walk each time we parked. This was not properly described or communicated in the listing description. Also the bathroom on the 2nd floor-tub backed up really bad and toilet seat would not stay up (for men). 3rd floor shower had horrible rocky bottom that hurt your feet to stand on it. House had little to no insulation so everything was VERY loud (walking around, etc). 4th "bedroom" had no door closing it off from the stairwell which meant if anyone was upstairs in the living room/kitchen you could hear everything. Since we all had small kids this made it challenging for our kids to be able to sleep. Also something not disclosed in the property details. Overall a nice place but not really worth the price in my opinion.

Football Weekend

The property was clean, was as pictured, and was well stocked (really well stocked). We had one initial issue that was quickly fixed. Due to travel schedules, we had a luggage storage problem the day of check out and the owner could not have been nicer about it. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

I'd like to move in...

This is a great place to stay if you are coming into Philly with older kids! Right on the 17 bus line and 10m from Broad Street Line. Walkable with older kids to Passyunk for cheesesteak and cannoli. We had my family of 5 (mom/dad, boy, boy, girl). Boys stayed in the basement, mom and daughter on the 2nd floor, me and the hubs on the 3rd. The roof deck is wonderful. Highly recommend having coffee up there. Drinks at night would probably be lovely too but we were dang tired! The coffee shop up the street is THE BEST and we are coffee snobs. We did a lot of neighborhood walking, and it is urban. We are ok with that and thought it was a plus. Great hosts, very responsive. Spent more than one night on the couch looking at Redfin to see what it takes to move to the neighborhood!

Nice house

House is very nice. Great view from the roof. The weather was nice so we sat up there at night. It’s a mile or two walk to most sites, so it’s walkable to everything if you consider those distances walkable. There was a mixup with the cleaning crew at check-in but the owners were very responsive and addressed the issue right away.

Fabulous home away from home

This home was clean and had excellent amenities. The kitchen was well equipped and linens, beds, bathrooms, were wonderful. The rooftop deck was amazing, even though we had chilly weather! Parking is to be considered. You need to be prepared for many steps but it is worth it!!!

Well equipped and updated house. Enjoyed property, although need to be ready for 4 flights.

Although in a transitioning neighborhood, we felt comfortable and walked throughout the center city area. Loved the rooftop with the spectacular view of the city.

The house provides plenty of space for you and your guests and will still offer areas to get away for quiet time. There are four different sleeping areas each which has a TV/Cable/Roku. In addition, the living area has an open floor plan with a state of the art kitchen. If that is not enough you will have 2 different outdoor living areas. The first is in the back patio which has a large table and seating for 8 to enjoy a nice meal. The second will provide an amazing view of Philadelphia and has comfortable seating for 8.

In addition, this property is close to all the major attractions in the city. You are only a 10 minute uber/lift ride to the Liberty Bell, Art Museum, Penns Landing, Ritten House square and the Ball Parks.
