Stunning Views

We walked into our vacation rental and found the cutest place! Big kitchen, beautiful rooms, decor was lovely, and the big picture window of the views… stunning! We would sit on the patio and take in the views during the day or the stars at night. What a great experience!

Pleasant stay in Sedona

Property was everything we were looking for and centrally located to the hiking trails we visited. The patio area was a quiet place to relax. We would recommend this to anyone looking to explore the Sedona area.

Great stay in Sedona with friends

We liked the location. Close to restaurants, hiking trails, ATV rentals and Hot air balloon rides. The house had everything we needed. The hot tub and deck were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot in Sedona

This was the perfect property for our family of 4 during our recent visit to Sedona! It was nicely situated on a quiet street in west Sedona, a great base for our daily hikes and adventures. It was clean, had comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, nice hot tub and responsive hosts! It was so much better then a hotel (which we did later in trip) bc we were able to hang out as a family but also have our separate space!

Perfect Sedona Getaway!

We all agreed that this was the most comfortable home we have ever stayed in! Spotlessly clean, comfortable furniture and beds, heated floors in the bathrooms, spacious kitchen, and so conveniently located to many trails as well as town. We highly recommend! Also very responsive and friendly hosts!

Clean home with great view

My wife & I enjoyed our week long stay here. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Location was nice and quiet with an amazing view from the front porch.

Super clean

Loved the house and view of mountains. I would just suggest turning hot tub on when you know guests are coming. Took all night for it to warm up. Was off when we got there. Grill worked great too. Wished there would have been tin foil and plastic bags in kitchen. Otherwise very nice place. Wish bird feeders were filled with food would have seen more birds.

Peaceful and Perfect

This place was an ideal spot for my family and I to explore Sedona and the surrounding area by day and then have a peaceful place to come back to each night. There are wonderful restaurants within 5 minutes and downtown Sedona is only 10 mins away. You are super close to some epic trailheads for hiking. We also made a day trip to the Grand Canyon and the drive from Sedona to Flagstaff was beautiful. The house is just beautiful inside and out. Lovely outside patio/deck to have coffee with beautiful views. The hot tub was a great place to stargaze in the evenings. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Wonderful property!

Close to everything we wanted to do in Sedona and also allowed our family to have a lovely space to relax in as well! It was clean, well-appointed and in a quiet area - would definitely recommend!

The house itself was great—clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. No complaints about the space or setup.Unfortunately, the stay was overshadowed by how controlling the overall experience felt. There were instructional placards everywhere, including a price list for replacing towels and how to clean out the shower drain, which came off as excessive and made it hard to relax. It felt more like staying in a monitored showroom than a vacation rental.On top of that, the owner contacted me Saturday evening during the trip to charge an extra fee for a third guest. I’d made an honest mistake during booking—assuming the guest count was correct after searching for three people—and didn't realize it reset it to the default of two. Instead of a simple conversation or even waiting until after the stay, the host reached out mid-trip and immediately imposed a charge. It really killed the mood and left me and my friends feeling unwelcome, especially given the care we took as guests to be mindful of their instructions.Great house, but the approach to hosting was overly rigid and off-putting.

Lovely Stay in Sedona

Rented for a week and it was perfect for us. Location, view, amenities were as described. We did not need the fireplace so it not working was not a big deal to us.

Perfect getaway house

Stayed here for my mom’s 50th Birthday trip. We absolutely loved the house! Equipped with everything you need, and the beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place with great amenities

The house is a wonderful place to stay in the Sedona area. It's located in the western part of town, but easy to get around town. The cottage is modern, clean, contains everything needed, and full of other helpful amenities. Peter was very responsive and helpful with updates and recommendations. We highly recommend to anyone and would gladly stay here again next time in the area.
