The Perfect, Peaceful Stay!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet cabin to celebrate our anniversary. When we opened the door and I saw the lovely home and amazing view, I exclaimed, "This is perfect!" The home was clean, well furnished and stocked with everyday kitchen and bathroom items, and had lovely views! Our favorite times were hiking in the neighborhood, and outside on the deck, enjoying the sunsets and stars! We so enjoyed the quiet and rest the cabin and location provided! Highly recommend!

Hmm.

It was a great location and great communication with Cody but the house was not clean. There were dead bugs in every corner. There was also a good amount of webs and dust. There was also hair in the shower that was not ours. I hope they use my cleaning fee to actually clean the house for the next guest. I was very apprehensive on saying anything but I didn't appreciate the level of cleanliness.

Rocky Mountain Seclusion

Paradise

This place is a hidden gem .The beauty of this cabin and the surrounding area were unbelievable! The cabin itself was huge and suited our family of 8 perfectly with private rooms for everyone. Not a detail was missed in the construction and decorating of this place!! Beautiful kitchen with adjoining living room and dining room , it was so open and relaxing. The master bedroom was perfect with the red/black checked theme and all it’s decor!! We loved having the French doors to the balcony in our room. The master bathroom was amazing and so unique! The upstairs area with the pool table and entertainment area with the tv nook provided a lot fun had by all . The hidden loft was a real hit for the kids! Every room of this place was exceptionally clean and decorated down to the cute coffee mugs with the animals!! I felt a sense of peace and comfort the minute i walked in. Also, most all of the basic amenities were available from spices in the kitchen , cookware, shampoo /conditioner , laundry pods , pellet grill :..almost everything you need as if you were home. We just needed our clothes and food! The views from the balcony were breathtaking ! Lots of time was spent there with the fire pit on enjoying the scenic view . We loved how secluded the cabin was and if we wanted to venture out we were within reasonable distance from some really great places like FairPlay, South Park and Breckinridge. Most importantly the hosts go above and beyond making sure that your stay there is one to remember !!! We will definitely be back!!! Oh, and we loved the big wooden moose who greets you as you pull into the driveway !!!

Perfect Holiday setting

Whether its a snowy Christmas or a green 4th of July - this cabin is the perfect setting for holidays and family gatherings. We celebrated Thanksgiving here and hope to make it annual tradition. With kids aging from 2 to 14 - the home had something for everyone - and the seclusion made for the best quality time. The home is better equipped than the description gives credit for too. We had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. We saw wildlife, enjoyed the spectacular views, gathered around the fire and played. Cody was extremely attentive in making sure anything we needed was covered and went above and beyond to address any asks.

So nice! Cody was quick to respond! The house is beautiful and the views are amazing! The house is stocked with whatever you need and the check out process was the easiest thing ever! We are excited to bring our kiddos back!!

Secluded but with cell service!

We spent a week here and didn’t want to go home! The cabin had everything we needed, even shampoo and conditioner. We loved watching the sunset on the back deck and swinging on the front porch swing. The beds were very comfortable with great bedding. Bring wine for the wine rack in the basement. The WiFi was out when we got there but the owner was on it without delay. We could have lived without WiFi the view was that amazing.

Cody is awesome!

We got stuck in the winter storm that blew through after Valentines day. Cody was so helpful and understanding. He went above and beyond to help us! He has a fully stocked cabin with anything and everything you can think of. Totally beautiful place that has it all with an amazing owner!

Perfect stay

This house was even better in person than the photographs depicted. The master bath on the main floor was unbelievable. My daughter said she wanted to just live in the shower! I stayed in the beautiful downstairs bedroom and loved having that floor all to myself... though one of us did enjoy using the "man cave" sauna one evening, very much. The pool table and den area upstairs were beautiful, spacious, yet cozy. We all loved watching a movie up there one night. The living room and kitchen were wonderful for our group for dinners and breakfasts, but the deck with the firepit and the extraordinary views were our favorite place to be. We were very impressed with the Traeger and the other grill, though we didn't use them. We hope to return in the summer, and I'll bring hubby who is a fine chef next time. 😀 He'll use both for sure. We did enjoy the inside fireplace for further ambiance. Another bathroom on the top floor would be a terrific addition if that were possible some day. But the girls did just fine sharing the one on the top floor. Having the extra half bath was appreciated, though, when we were all congregating on the main floor. (We aren't youngsters!!) The location and privacy of the house is remarkable. The views just go on forever. Incredible sunsets and sunrises! Our friend Kristi wants to come back with her husband and grandchildren. I can't wait to go fishing next time with hubby. I loved everything about our stay and the house. The only suggestion I'd offer is to make sure the walkway to the front door is clear in the winter. As others have mentioned, the driveway is steep, but with 4 wheel drive vehicles, we had no problem. And the garage comfortably fit two SUVs with room to spare!
