San Antonio VRBO

Lovely Home in a residential neighborhood. Had just about everything we could have needed already in the House, including linens, towels, kitchenware and large screen televisions. Really enjoyed the kitchen and dining room areas, as we made a couple Dinners and a couple breakfasts onsite. Two Exceptions: 1) We are Coffee Snobs, so after reading in previous reviews about issues with Coffee, we actually brought our own 10 Cup Coffee Pot, Filters, Coffee Grounds, Creamer and our own Coffee Mugs. Problem Solved in advance. 2) This VRBO Home Owner did not provide a Binder or other Onsite Instructions, so we had a few issues with the Television and Internet Based Channel Guide. For instance, we were there in San Antonio for the Eclipse, so we needed to view advance local weather reports in order to distinguish whether to sit in the backyard for Totality, or travel a few miles, or even hours, away to attempt to skirt the cloud cover during Totality. And, that Monday Evening following Totality, we wanted to sit back and watch the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship Game on the Big Screen Television with the really great Sound System. Unfortunately, NONE of the Channels listed anywhere in any of the Dozens of Channel Menus were even televising the Game. Several Hundred Channels, and NO ESPN, ESPN2, TNT, TBS or NO Streaming Service like HULU, Netflix, Disney+ or any other Platform accessible without the Owner's Password, or even a temporary account access code. So, we couldn't watch.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! There are a few items needing addressed. There is no coffee maker, there isn't a grill and the hall bathroom needed to be cleaned. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant! Thank you!

Excellent !!!

Super satisfied with the place, we been rented different vacation houses in different states but this is the only one so far that you don’t have to worry about,all amenities are completely available😍 we even did karaoke which is I never excepted ❀,and a massage chair that was so relaxing after a long way travel. We have a wonderful time with my son who just graduated in BMT,so relaxing and spacious,,all in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Decent house in noisy neighborhood

This was a mid quality house in average condition with cracked drywall ceilings in a noisy neighborhood. There is a busy 4 lane major street 30' from the back door of the house with traffic noise 18 hours a day. The driveway is super steep (30 degree angle) and since you can't use the garage you have to park your car with the emergency brake on and then hope the driveway is not slick when you step out of the car. The kitchen is poorly understocked if you want to cook or eat at home. There were only 3 forks and 3 butter knifes in the kitchen, but there were 43 chop sticks to eat with. There was no baking sheet of any kind in the kitchen. The appliances are cheap and don't work well. The refrigerator has an ice maker that makes ice, but won't dispense any. The dishwasher has no utensil basket, and is very noisy, but does wash. The furniture and toilets in the house are all very, very short and don't work well for someone that is average or above in height. The house is understocked with necessities. There were two bath wash clothes for beds to sleep 6 people. There was no laundry soap with the washing machine. There was no dish soap other than a giant jug under the sink that was supposed to dispense from a spigot at the top, but it didn't work. The house is not cleaned well at all. There was black mold in the master shower and dust on everything above 4 feet in height, including the drinking glasses that were stored in the dining room, not the kitchen, and had to be washed before we could drink out of them. This is not the quality of home we have come to expect from a VRBO home.

Close to Sea World

We rented this property for our short trip to SA to visit Sea World with our 3 young children. The day that we arrived, check in was easy and hassle-free. The downside was there was no wifi, supposedly there was an outage that we didn't know about. The owner of the house came by to fix it and then realized the outage. He kept in contact with me about the wifi outage, which I appreciated. He didn't have to do this, but he did. The rooms were sufficient for our children. I will add that there are pans to bake food on, minus a small square cast iron pan. If you're looking to do any baking, bring your own pan! Otherwise, the swing set and trampoline in the backyard were a big hit with our children. It was a nice place to stay.

Great house

We really enjoyed the house and will definitely be renting it again. It was very clean, had everything it stated and the process of checking in & out was great. No problems at all. The swings & trampoline were great for my Granddaughter. (weather permitted) We go to SA twice a year so we will be renting it again in July. I did try to reach out to the number in my email but no one responded. Which was no big deal cause what I needed they did have there. There was no reason why we needed to contact the owners. This was plenty of room and then some. Great home!!

San Antonio visit

Home was very nice and well maintained. Well stocked with necessities. It was a little noisy from road noise, but we live in the country so we are used to quiet. All in all a nice stay!

A grandchild adventure

We decided to travel with our grandchild to San Antonio so we needed a residence in your residence offers a beautiful backyard with a swing-set and a trampoline. definitely the perfect location for us plus we have to travel with our pets number one it was a short stay in number two we have a sick puppy so it was just definitely perfect everything was clean and very nice. We enjoy the tea, the coffee 😋. This base at the rooms we are perfect for us he was a great stay overall
