Pôr do Sol Cottage is a luxurious 4 season vacation property and was designed to comfortably welcome multiple families with ample dining spaces, two living rooms and a lower level kitchenette space. Rediscover nature in unique ways each season of the year, whether on the lake or in the adjacent forestland. Or gather your crew and explore charming nearby towns and seasonal activities of all kinds.

Situated on pristine White Lake, a short 50 min drive from the nation's capital, Ottawa.

*Quiet bay with unlimited use of kayaks, SUP, canoe and paddle boat. Convenient outdoor shower onsite.
*Hot tub (a favourite for ALL seasons)
*Great fishing! Motorized boat rentals and guided fishing tours available (must be booked ahead).
*Screened in gazebo for outdoor dining/lounging with epic sunsets over the lake. *Gather around the fire table overlooking the scenic bay.
*Enjoy year-round activities nearby, such as golfing, pumpkin picking, downhill ski, ice fishing and much more. Located 30 minutes from ski hills (Pakenham, Calabogie), golf courses (Mountain Creek, Pakenham) and nature activities (Cedar Hill Tree Farm, Fulton's Sugar Bush).
*Many rainy day activities: 65'' Smart TV, Foozball and Puzzles/Games. Indoor pickleball and ping pong also available a short 2 minute drive from Por do Sol!
*Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and milk frother
*4 sunny bedrooms and enclosed den with beds, 2 laundry stations, 2.5 bathrooms
*Lower level with kitchenette, dining table and separate living area is perfect for multiple families to have their own spaces within the cottage
*All towels and bed linens are supplied - just pack and go!

Welcome to Pôr do Sol cottage! It was love at first sunset when host Danielle
first set her sights on this White Lake gem. When co-hosts Nathalie & Greg
saw the 1+ acre property, they knew it would a be perfect retreat for their kids
to rediscover nature in unique ways each season of the year. Given the
spectacular sunsets, the name Pôr do Sol, which means sunset in portguese,
was chosen for this little slice of paradise.

To give guests a luxurious experience, we undertook a large scale
renovation in 2022 - every inch of the property was reconfigured and
refinished, and newly furnished. The space was designed to comfortably
welcome multiple families with ample dining spaces, two living rooms
and a lower level kitchenette space.
