Looking for the perfect spot to spend your time in Fredericksburg? Come and stay in one of our cozy tiny homes; each one has its own unique style and layout. Tiny but spacious describes the home's interior. Each has a comfortable place to sit and relax and either a full kitchen or kitchenette (microwave & Refrigerator only) for making a delicious snack or meal. Outside you have your own private patio to take in the stunning sunset while sipping on a glass of wine. What are you waiting for? Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Excellent Location

We stayed here for a short girls weekend getaway. The house was great and everyone was super responsive and helpful. There was some confusion around amenities, however the staff at the property were accommodating and explained the situation. Definitely would stay again.

Wonderful

We were in town for a wedding and were able to make a big family weekend of it thanks to the tiny houses. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patios and hanging out in the evening. There were enough beds for our family of 6. Everything was perfect.

Excellent stay, with GREAT ACCOMMODATIONS...The only issue we had was water pressure...Other than that, A1!!!

Perfect Holiday Weekend Getaway!

This tiny house was such a fun find! The property was nice and quiet (yet a quick drive to town) and the house was so clean. Even though there were 5 of us staying there, it didn't at all feel cramped. We all felt like we had our private sleeping spots. Would definitely stay again!
