Perfect Location

Right across the street to private access of beach. Beach service is available(for a fee). There is a beachside restaurant and bar right at the gated beach access. Room was very nice! Property was clean and complex was safe.

Great Value!

Overall great place for the cost. Close to the beach. You’ll just need a beach wagon to transport your gear to the beach access.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving to the condo, the ac was broken. After dealing with the gate employees because we arrived after hours, a window unit was installed. I am not sure whose responsibility it was to check the rental before a new customer arrived, but someone had to notice it was 80 degrees in the unit. I ha e been staying at Sandpiper in and off with family and friends for 30 years and this was the first year we were not happy. However the pickle ball courts were awesome. Condo in walking distance to beach.

Good location

Great stay, very short walk to the beach. Both beds are very noisy, which kept waking our infant, but (the place was) very clean and well-stocked in the kitchen. We noticed in the ad’s review that the balcony is broken and doesn’t lock, and it still hasn’t been fixed. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would recommend it.

Not bad for the price

Nice bathroom, pillows and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and patio. Beach was close which was awesome. There was a few things like the garbage disposal not working, toilet seat being wobbly, and food underneath the mattress cover that we didn’t enjoy. Overall good time

Spring Break

I stayed the week with my adult son to celebrate his birthday and my school's spring break. The confo was winderfully located with beautiful beach accsess. My only complaint was the lack of a hair dryer in the bathroom. I didn't pack one as they are always provided by hotels.

Good clean place for a couple or small fmaily

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived it was very clean, fully stocked with anything you could need to eat and cook with. Just steps to the private beach. Does not come with chairs and umbrella like other condos but was ok. Friendly staff in office. I would deff stay here again.

Very Small

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE did not realize that the only bed was a Murphy bed and it was loud and very uncomfortable. Look CLOSELY at the pictures. When we went to try and have something done after it not being as expected, we were told " There were 26 pictures, how could you not know" Well, we all know how pictures can be deceiving. Also the Balcony Sliding Door never would Lock. For the price we paid We were very Disappointed.
