This charming home is located just outside of Bethel village, and minutes to Sunday River. Enter the home through a mud room with room to store your gear, through the mud room you will find a well equipped kitchen with dining seating for your whole group. The cozy living room is the perfect gathering space for your group after a day of adventures in the mountains of Maine. Rounding out the first floor is a bedroom and full bath with laundry. Head upstairs and you will find two additional bedrooms, one of which is a bunk room with space to play. Upstairs also offers a bathroom with shower. The Millbrook Cottage is an ideal home base for your next trip to the Mountains of Maine.

To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Great place, will stay again

Very cozy feel to the house and a very nice place to stay for a week. Kitchen had everything you could need, plenty of space and beds, and great location for Sunday river.

Nice place for skiing

Upon arrival the house was nice and warm, but the pipes were frozen. Matt, the property manager got right on it and got it fixed as soon as he could. We decided to not wait and he even offered to help us book another place. Very professional and responsive. I recommend this company and house and will rent from them again.

Perfect Little Home

Having the many beds in the upstairs bedroom was truly key! The house felt very “homey”. My friends and I truly enjoyed our stayed here and wouldn’t be against booking the same spot again in the future!

House was clean but it did make my allergies start acting up a bit. Wish I had brought my air purifier. Other than that, check in was easy and so was check out. Would stay again

Summer week in Bethel

Very comfortable house, as described, perfect having 2 bathrooms 1 upstairs and one downstairs. No need to use AC with the cool night temps. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of places to sit and eat. Small issue with hot water heater was quickly resolved . Unfortunately the town sewer installation interrupted our sleeping in the morning ( not your fault of course!) One suggestion would be the addition of a gas or charcoal grill and some outdoor seating for summer guests.

Pleasant stay

The house was as described. Lots of extras at the house. Comfortable for 6. Could accommodate more if needed. The location description could have been better/easier to find by just indicating it is the corner house. We arrived when it was dark and had difficult finding the house number.
