A true haven

Unexpectedly I had to request an earlier check in date which Jan was able to accommodate. The studio is very comfortable, clean, light and airy with a very pleasant outlook of a gum tree filled park like setting; the melodic warbling of resident mapies added to the ambience. Due to health constraints I was unable to explore the area but the immediate surrounds appeared to be very pleasant.

Immaculate lil' property - LOVE IT!

Amazing Getaway!

It was perfect! 5 minute walk from the beach and the amenities within the property were amazing for anyone packing light. Especially for the girls in need of a hairdryer and hair straightener - they’ve literally thought of it all. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The perfect little place!

I traveled by myself and this little place ticked all the boxes for me. Cozy with a comfy bed & quality sheets, gorgeous quality shampoo/conditioner/moisturiser etc & plenty of off street parking. Its a quiet little spot which is not far from anywhere. Would defiantly stay again.

Ideal couple retreat

The apartment is well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The location so close to the beach is ideal and the land across the street with its many gum trees and historic cemetery site is fascinating. The town centre is just five minutes' drive away where there are plenty of places to eat, relax and shop. Victor Harbor has a number of excellent churches where Sunday services are open to all.

I migrated from the UK to Australia in 2004 with my husband and daughter , and we settled in Adelaide and made home the beautiful suburb of Marino.

Having visited Victor Harbor for many years, It was more recently after staying at a friends shack that I discovered Encounter bay , and fell in love with the area, so much so we purchased a block of land and built a lovely home.
