Enjoyed our stay

Condo was nice, well stocked, nice ocean views from balcony. Great pool but need more umbrellas. Easy and close beach access. Love the golf cart. Had a wonderful time a would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Experience

Super professional and helpful staff of My Vacation Haven prior to our arrival and while we were there. Very clean and well appointed condo and loved the little touch of the 'box of necessities' left in the kitchen and bathroom. The golf cart made getting around easy breezy. Overall a great experience!

Kitchen well stocked. I will choose another unit in the future due to the close proximity of the rental houses next door. They are VERY noisy.

Reviewer Comments: We love Sandestin, and this unit in Westwinds is excellent. Very clean and well appointed. The beds are VERY comfortable. AC works well. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, you may want a few extra things in the kitchen, but otherwise they have everything. Management responded very quickly to an issue with one toilet. Would rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay. We typically stay on the opposite side of Westwinds. This was a first to stay on the west side. There was a frat party, probably a bachelor party in the newest large house next door. It put a damper on the quiet evenings on the balcony. Overall the condo and facility was great, just extremely noisy on the balcony.

Condo complex quite nice. Condo itself dated.

Water shut off numerous times during our stay. Washer did not work. AC did not cool. Entire place in need of a facelift. Kitchen poorly equipped, balcony furniture rusty. Beds very uncomfortable.

Good but there is room for improvement

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Westwinds for the past 12 or 13 years (I lose count), and this was our first time to stay in Unit 4771.What we liked:The golf car! It was so much fun to drive, and so very easy to get around the resort.Good cold air conditioner. User-friendly smart TVs.The big/heavy patio furniture seemed to be newer and in great shape. We really liked sitting out there in the mornings with coffee.The TWO king size beds! Seems harder and harder to find multiple kings in a rental, so we were happy that 4771 had them.The newer beach chairs were a plus.The updated appliances, especially the washer & dryer – very nice!What needed improvement:The kitchen -- it was a bit disconcerting to find more than one dirty dish (dirty silverware and coffee cups with coffee rings). The dishwasher needs drying agent (like Jet Dry or similar). The small coffee cups were old and many were stained, so we ended up buying a set of four good glass mugs to use, and left them there for the next guests.Would have been nice to have had a full set of silverware that included teaspoons.None of the cons were deal-killers, but it was small things we noticed that shouldn’t have been overlooked by the property managers or the cleaning crew. Overall, we LOVE Westwinds and will continue to vacation there! And MVH makes it so very easy to book and stay!

This was our first time staying at 4771 Westwinds condo! We really enjoyed our time! The condo was decorated very nice! The thing I would suggest is the condo could be cleaner. We weren’t able to use the ceiling fans in the bedrooms due to being so dusty and dust flying everywhere. The golf cart is always a blast and very convenient for exploring!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good stay, golf cart was a good add. The only issue that we came across and would like to note here is that we found a pill on the floor. Condo’s condition was clean in general but this tells me it was not throughly cleaned. We were lucky that we found the pill ourselves not our little kid. We brought this to the property management comp attention immediately and hoping they will take proper action to ensure condo gets throughly cleaned after guests leave.

Beautiful view and amazing location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year in this unit. We love the location and view although this year we were a little disappointed. The living carpet needs a good cleaning or replaced. It was white n grey and us all dark grey/blk now. Also the otter an at chair is extremely dirty and could use cleaned. Plus a lot of spots on couch. I feel like it was always kept up in the past and this time they have let some things go. Other than that the condo was clean and a lot of beach amenities to chose from. Everything was in working order and golf cart is great!
