Welcome to our Luxurious Beachfront Retreat, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit that offers breathtaking ocean views and is steps away from the sandy shores. This newly renovated property boasts a high standard of elegance and comfort, ensuring an unforgettable vacation experience which is ideal for groups and families alike. Our modern retreat comfortably sleeps 9 guests and offers the perfect combination of relaxation and excitement.

BEACH ACCESS - Enjoy the convenience of beachfront access, allowing you to wake up to the sound of waves and indulge in sun-kissed days by the water.
STUNNING OCEAN VIEWS - The private balcony provides uninterrupted panoramic views of the ocean with beach flags closeby, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee and sunset cocktails.
LOUNGE - Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV which is connected to fetch top box so you get a whole lot more channels and access to Netflix, Youtube and great for spotify just to name a few. Also has an Air conditioner and ceiling fan
KITCHEN - Prepare gourmet meals in the sleek, modern kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space for culinary delights. The spacious open-plan layout creates a chic and relaxing ambiance throughout.
DINING - the modern booth seat and breakfast bar is where you will spend most of your time enjoying your precious moments with family and friends
MAIN BEDROOM - Rest comfortably in the master suite with plush king-size bed and 2 single trundles. Also has an Air conditioner and ceiling fan
BEDROOM 2 - has a queen bed and pull out sofa. Extra pillows and blankets are available under the lift up bed. Has a ceiling fan
BEDROOM 3 - has 2 single beds with mirrored wardrobe for getting ready for the day. Has a ceiling fan
BATHROOM - has a walk in shower, toilet and vanity
BATHROOM/LAUNDRY - Shower over bath with toilet, vanity and automatic washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities are supplied.
PARKING AND ACCESSIBILITY - Park your vehicles with ease in the two designated car parking spots, and take advantage of the convenient public transportation options nearby.
NOISE - There is a building boom going on throughout Gold Coast so there is potential for noise at times. We don't refund for constructions noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood. If anything is going on close by we have already adjusted our nightly rates accordingly.
The unit is great for large families or groups, singles, couples and business travelers... everyone really :)

LOCATION
Located 5 minute walk to Cavill Avenue, the heart of Surfers for shopping and restaurants or Broadbeach is just a short stroll the other way. Just a couple of tram stops away to Jupiter's Casino, Gold Coast Convention Centre and Pacific Fair. For your convenience and peace of mind the kids can swim between the flags just meters away from the back gate.

Nightlife & Dining: Indulge in a wide array of dining options and vibrant nightlife just minutes away from your doorstep.

The building and lift is old but this doesn't reflect the unit inside as it’s been completely renovated to a very high standard. You will also need to walk up a few steps once out of the lift to get into the unit.
I have updated a number of items in the unit since the photos, therefore some furnishings have changed since the photos.
There is a security camera over the entrance.
For the home owners security, only guests who are booked are allowed access to the property. There is a fee if additional people are evident.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
You will be required to upload your ID and a selfie holding your ID to verify the booking details.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card.
A security bond of $550 is required prior to check in.

Although most of our guests do the right thing, the occasional abuse means that we must make you aware of the following:
• Keep noise to a reasonable level at all times and be respectful towards neighbours - remember noise travels. No loud music
• For security of the property, only guests who are staying at the property are allowed access to the property. There is an additional fee of $100 per person per day if people are evident above the booked number.
• Strictly no smoking or drugs in the unit or on the balcony – please smoke downstairs
• Leave the property in a similar state to how you found it
• Lock & secure the property, close all doors & windows
• If keys are lost a fee of $550 will be charged
A deduction may be made from bonds if the above is breached in any way.

All the accomodations were provided and the view from the balcony to the beach was spectacular. Children enjoyed playing games and we didn’t gave my problem with our stay. Best recommended for family stay.

Great apartment

We had a fantastic stay. It was amazing to wake up to the beach view each morning and check out the surf conditions from the balcony. Photos are true to form. Great location with a quick walk to Cavell Ave or a slightly longer walk to Broadbeach. Host was very receptive and responded to any requests immediately. Highly recommend

family reunion

The unit itself is very modern and well equipped. I had the best sleeps on a King size bed. Don't let the outside of the building fool you, which is quite old looking compared to the newer highrises in the area. There is a lift but it is in between floors. The oldies (92 year old) had to walk up a short flight of stairs to get to the lift and then another short flight of stairs again to our unit. Once we got all our stuff inside and the oldies settled, it was absolutely perfect. I enjoyed the location so much and the beach was right there, with no roads to cross. Very close to food shops too, so no dramas getting groceries to take home to cook. I would stay again.

Gold Coast at its best.

Great place, perfect location right on the beach with easy access to Broadbeach and Cavill Avenue. Surf club a few doors down is a great spot for food and drinks too.

Great location but missing key amenities expected for $1000/nte

Great location & nicely styled but No air-conditioning was a problem particularly as can’t open windows due to noise. Fans are provided. As it’s an older style building the windows don’t seal well so the street noise in the main bedroom is significant even with windows closed and as it’s Surfers it goes late into the night. Great location on the beach front but unfortunately for us the noise at night was a problem for what we paid. No dishwasher wasn’t great but kitchen otherwise well equipped. Parking for 2 cars which is a bonus in the area but one needs to be small to fit into older style garage. Check-in process very good.
