Villa Cape Cordelia is the perfect upscale residence in the popular central SE area and minutes to open water, shopping and dining. Beautifully decorated and renovated. This home is direct Gulf access so no bridges or locks and minutes to the river.
On stepping through the entrance you will be greeted with the spacious Great Room combining Living, Kitchen and 6 seater Dining area with views over the pool and screened outdoor Living area. The Kitchen is open plan with views over the Family Room and the pool deck area. Breakfast seating can be taken at the breakfast bar or at the Dining area overlooking the pool area.
The Family Room is a cozy sunken living area. Sumptuously furnished with a sectional sofa + swivel armchairs, the room also features a large Smart TV plus high speed Wifi access. The Family Room also overlooks the large open plan Kitchen and Dining area, thus providing a very open and bright living and eating space for all the guests.
The Master suite is a calm retreat at the end of the day. Very comfortably furnished with a King size bed and Smart TV. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the feeling of your very own private sanctuary. Continuing the upscale appointments, the Master Bath has a separate large walk in shower and his and her basins.
The home is split plan in design which offers the utmost privacy for all guests. The Master Bedroom is on one side of the home and the 2 further Guest Bedrooms + Guest Bathroom are located on the opposite side of the home. Both Guest Bedrooms are furnished with a Queen Bed and have Smart TV's for entertainment.
