Hemmet:
Sällan tillgänglig för säsongen! Vår lägenhet i Neapel ligger i hjärtat av staden, Gamla stan. Det är 2 ½ kvarter från stranden och inom gångavstånd från exklusiva 5th Avenue och 3rd Street butiker, gallerier och underbara restauranger.

Det stora sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. Det andra sovrummet är inrättat som ett kontor med ett vackert skrivbord, fåtölj, platt-TV och en rullande säng som öppnar till två enkelsängar. Vår lägenhet är vårt fritidshus och det har totalrenoverats: nya köksskåp, bänkskivor i granit, nya rostfria vitvaror och 21 'plattor i hela.

Vi har gratis Wi-Fi, stor platt-TV, blå-ray DVD-spelare och en DVR för att spela in TV-program.

Grannskapet:
Neapel är en liten, rik stad i sydvästra Florida - belägen på stränderna i Mexikanska golfen. Oavsett om du har en passion för golf, fiske, beskjutning, shopping, fågelskådning, djurliv, båtliv, stranden eller konsten, hittar du många alternativ.

Vi är nära Everglades, som du kan utforska med vandring, paddling eller med flygbåt i våtmarkerna och myrarna eller genom att träna buggy i cypressmassorna. Många guidade turer erbjuds i hans område. Everglades har kallats "River of Grass".

Sanibel- och Captivaöarna och deras beskyddande stränder ligger mindre än 30 mil bort. Miami, två timmar bort, gör en underbar weekendresa.

Annan information:
På en typisk dag i Neapel kommer vi att börja vår morgon med att gå längs stranden till Neapels pir, kaffe på Tonys och promenera runt den exklusiva 5th Avenue och 3rd Street-butikerna. En annan härlig morgonpromenad är att gå till bryggorna för att läsa tidningen. Vi kan simma på sen eftermiddag, titta på en vacker solnedgång och gå till 5th Avenue för middag på en av de underbara restaurangerna i området.

På andra dagar, när vi känner för att göra mer, är det alltid intressant att besöka områden som visar Southwest Floridas vildmark, som Fakahatchee Strand State Preserve, Big Cypress National Preserve eller Everglade City. En promenadpromenad är intressant. Swamp buggy turer (grunt dragluftbåt), till exempel från Everglade City, är spännande.

Great beach getaway!

We had a great stay at the condo. Very comfortable beds, well- stocked kitchen, and wonderful location. Easy walk to the beach and 5th avenue. Maria was very responsive with questions and we had a very relaxing vacation. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.

This property is excellent, decorated in beach pastels and with everything one needs.

Having been here multiple times now, I can only say how wonderful this place is. It’s got a cute beachy vibe and it is the perfect location for walking to the beach and sunning, swimming and watching sunsets. You’re very close (3 blocks) to the historic 5th Ave which has so many wonderful shops and restaurants to enjoy. We love inviting friends to visit us for a long weekend and the 2 bedroom/2 bath provides plenty of space. Sometimes I like to cook or grill out and there’s a lovely outdoor area with table and chairs to do so. The kitchen has most everything imaginable. We keep coming back and honestly, if the condo was for sale, we’d buy it. We enjoy our hosts, and the other condo owners or guests who have stayed. Once we found it, we’ve stopped looking for something else and next year will Ibe our 4th or 5th year returning. A lovely place!

Great Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal from my perspective, as you are a short walk to both the beach and town. You can walk almost everywhere. The condo has a warm, Florida beach feel and was clean and comfortable. I was working remotely during our visit, and the condo has a great table to work from and an office chair. There was plenty of space for my laptop and second monitor. My wife and I loved the kitchen, too. It has everything you could want. In short, it is a great condo and I feel privileged to have spent two months living there. Finally, Maria is a great host. She is very responsive and friendly. Thank you, Maria.

Comfortable apartment in great location

We love downtown Naples and this apartment is perfectly located in a close to the beach, 5th Ave and in a beautiful neighborhood for walking. Another reviewer said that it is very quiet and it can be, but keep in mind that this is an apartment in a city and you may hear your neighbors or planes on occasions. But it’s worth it and the street is a quiet side street. The apartment was clean, everything worked and it was well equipped for cooking. The bed is a very soft pillow top. Maria, the landlady is responsive and very nice. We highly recommend this place.

Best location in Naples

2 blocks from beach and 3 blocks from 5th Avenue, can’t beat the location! Great place for relaxing. A six unit complex that is quiet and well maintained.

Excellent Experience

Excellent experience in this terrific condo. Fantastic location, less than 2 blocks from the beach and 3 blocks from the famous Naples Fifth Avenue. Well appointed unit that you can tell the owner uses and loves herself; you can also tell she’s a cooK bc there is nearly every appliance imaginable And the kitchen is so well stocked, even inc tablecloths and placemats. Best features, 1. two beautiful outdoor areas to barbecue and dine privately outside; and 2. Really great indoor space. Owner is lovely and takes care of any detail. Just a real pleasure. We’ll be back!!!!

A short walk to the beach & 5th Avenue south. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms well equipped kitchen. No screens on outdoor space. Check red tide conditions it kept us indoors for 3 days

Wonderful place. Wonderful time. Great landlord.

Maria is a great hostess. Her condo is so comfortable and fitted out with all you would need for a great stay. It is easy access to all the good things in Naples. I met other renters in the building from Canada and Germany. The other condo owners who were present were friendly and helpful. There are two bikes with the condo and you can get around quite well without a car if you are wiling to ride the bike or use Uber.

BEST PLACE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!

This place is extraordinary. It is super close to the beach and 3 to 4 blocks away from 5th avenue. There is so many places you can go that are only a few blocks away from the apartment. We met the owners of the apartment Maria and Robert who gave us information about the area around us.The owners are very sweet. Everything in the apartment is available and modernized. The kitchen is probably my favorite part...the apartment is very big, confortable and clean. ATTENTION about 10 minutes away in the car you will find a very small yet super fun water park called "Sun-N-Fun" it is super fun. Don't judge the park by its size. If you don't believe me go on the waterslides and you'll see. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10. I had such a fun experience with my wife and my daughter. We will come back here next summer for sure and we recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for peace and quiet. Oh I almost forgot every week I saw dolphins, in the beach close to the apartment... amazing. HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank's

You won't need the car keys

Put away the car keys. This place is 2 blocks from the ocean and 3 blocks from the center of 5th Avenue. You can even walk to the Public Library or the market. The rental was spotless clean, and had everything you could want for your stay from beach chairs to linens to a dynamite new kitchen. Two flat-screen TV's are provided, also. The owner is wonderful and very accommodating to anything you might need. A beautiful shady courtyard in front is a wonderful way to cool down and enjoy the early evening breezes. It is very tranquil and quiet. The back patio has a small patio set, which was where we enjoyed breakfast and coffee. Weather was incredible while we were there, and we walked to the beach to watch sunsets, ate at Naples incredible restaurants, and visited the Farmers Market every Saturday. You cannot go wrong with this rental. We hope to return. It's a wonderful, quiet retreat that is in the best location in Naples.
