This modern and tastefully decorated townhome in the desirable South Jacksonville Beach just across the street from the beach. This home offers a relaxing and serene beach life. First floor has a guest suite with full bath and kitchenette. A fenced private side yard with outdoor shower to rinse off when returning from the beach. The 2nd floor has a wonderful open concept living space with TV, gas fireplace, wooden built-in's, gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and private outdoor balcony for relaxing or entertaining with stunning views of the Atlantic. The 3rd floor offers a spacious primary bedroom with huge walk in closet, luxurious owners bath with walk in shower, separate soaking tub and double vanity. The laundry room and 3rd bedroom complete with own private bath are also found on the 3rd floor. Sorry, NO pets.

This property was a construction zone and no privacy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was not told of the massive construction work done on at least three buildings next to this unit. I felt as if we were vacationing in a construction zone. Hammering and sawing with dump trucks and 10 plus vehicles parked all over the place. Men coming and going which made it so my wife felt unsafe. We would have never stayed there if we knew this before.

Convenient location without much traffic

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Impressed with location, furnishings, and kitchen and dining utensils/dishes. Clean throughout the rental property. I don’t wear shoes around the house so I can easily tell if non-carpeted floors are filthy. The only issue I had was with the additional charge from VRBO. I reserved the rental from Expedia. Expedia acquired VRBO so I felt I was charged twice for admin fees.

Great townhouse!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Jacksonville Beach! The townhouse was clean and well-equipped. It’s in a great location, across the street from the beach. There are numerous stairs as it’s 3 levels, so those with mobility issues may have some difficulty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book this unit again!
