Great place to stay, great for kids and your pets

The house was great, everything was wonderful. Location was good, nice quite neighborhood, close to everything you would need. We will gladly come and stay here again!!!!

The house was great, nice quite neighborhood. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. Property manager very responsive and quick to fix any issues and question we had.

July 4th with our Marine

This was exactly what we wanted and it definitely delivered. One of the best vacation experiences we have had , we will definitely look into booking this one again. Everything from booking to leaving was very easy, thank you for allowing us to celebrate the 4th of July with our Marine.

Jacksonville House with Pool

the pool was great!! the house was not clean to me. There was pet hair everywhere. It coated the rugs and there were hairballs on the floor in different spots. The walls need to be cleaned and repainted. the bathrooms could use a huge update. Just not up to par with other places we have rented. The house had plenty of room for my family and the fenced in back yard was great.

Not bad for the money

It wasn't bad but the dishwasher didn't work and we came prepared with dishwasher soap. You can definitely tell a single guy owns the house because it's a 4 bedroom house and it only has 2 beds. And the one bedroom has a trundle bed and it was broken. He does have a newly installed heater for the pool, but we couldn't use it because something is wrong with the wiring and we were told it could potentially damage the pool pump.

Pictures are misleading.

When I read that there were security cameras on the property, it raised red flags. The neighborhood was a bit run down. The property needs TLC. The grass was very tall, and the weeds were taller. There was poison Ivy growing up the house and growing over the fence. The house was clean. But it reminds me of a bachelor pad, bare minimum and a little grungy. It would have been nice to have a few extra towels and blankets. But, the kitchen was well stocked and we ultimately had what we needed. The pool was great and clean. The kids really enjoyed swimming. But there was no playing in that yard.

Dont do it

Never sent the confirmation packet. So we arrived n had to call n talk to ppl to gain access. Crumbs were on the kitchen floor when we arrived. The hose was running into the pool and the grass was a puddle of water. Canopy thing and pool was infested with lil frogs ( had them jump on my head). Grass could have been cut. The pool had algea( green) on the steps and the perimeter of the pool. Next day grill ran out of propane. Noone ever brought more after contacted.. oh n they circle the block round 930 n pull up outside in cars at 10 even if your packing your car or looking for your wallet in out case. Atleast address yourself !! Never again

Nice house

This is a nice house. Everything was pretty clean, the only cleanliness issue was a dirty shower curtain which we replaced. The only other thing was that there could have been a few more towels and washcloths, which I called and left a message about. The contact was very quick to call back and took care of this very quickly. Overall this was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood and if it is available when we come back to Jacksonville we would definitely stay here again.
