Du kommer att älska värmen och skönheten i de många eldstäder och lövträd och kakel golv, vackra anpassade kök, sjöutsikt från nästan alla rum, rymlig täckt uteservering, etc .. Very nice lake house with top of the line furniture and amenities. Owner was very responsive and addressed all issues. AC system was inconsistent in upstairs bedrooms. Owner did solve that problem. We would definitely stay there again.

U of Rochester Reunion

This house is set up perfect for large adult groups. Even if it's rainy or windy, you still have the fireplace outside under the main deck. I love this property

Wonderful weekend

Kristin and John were wonderful to work with, so helpful and considerate as we planned our weekend. The property inside and out was perfect for our group, even with the chilly May water temperatures there was plenty to do! Thank you for a nice relaxing weekend with friends!

Ringing in 2025!

We gathered with close friends and their families for new years at this beautiful house! It was perfect. We had so much space, all the kids loved the room with multiple bunks. The closet in the great room had a lot of toys for the kids to enjoy too! Each family had plenty of space, pantries had everything we needed to hist large meals. We also loved the two sinks in the kitchen. Kristen and John were great hosts. Highly recommend this rental even in the off season!

Wonderful time

Other than the house not being as clean as I would have liked, it’s a wonderful property for a multi-generational vacation. Access to the lake is great and there is a lot of outside space to sit around and enjoy the views. This is the second year we stayed at this property and we all had a fabulous time.

Perfect Home on the Lake

This property was impeccable-clean, tidy, well appointed with a plethora of seating and sleeping options. The kitchen had everything needed. Right on the lake, two docks, expansive deck and patio. John and Kristin were wonderful and quick to respond to our questions. A perfect stay for us. Thank you, John and Kristin!

The Chosen Place

We had a wonderful time on Canandaigua Lake with 3 generations of family. The name Canandaigua in the Seneca language means "the chosen place" and that is how this worked for us. The water trampoline was fun for all 3 generations.

Malchoff family vacation

All three generations of our clan enjoyed the stay immensely. We are looking forward to going back next year. Incidentally, both washers and dryers were full of towels and clothes when we arrived. We cleaned and used the towels and left the clothes to whomever they belong.

Exceeded Expectations!

Four couples headed off on an adventure to the Finger Lakes region -- wondering what we would discover. After a long day hiking, wine tasting, etc. -- we returned to our luxurious rental located on the bucolic shores of Canandaigua Lake. Everything was perfect - location, views, condition-of-property, etc. I would highly recommend this house for family/friend vacations.

Summer Fun 2023

Overall we had a wonderful time. The home was everything that was advertised. Spacious rooms, sitting areas everywhere, both inside and on the decks, well-stocked kitchen, sunsets, kayaking and fishing are many of the features that made this home so appealing to our family. We had a lovely time and will always remember the house on the lake.

Amazing!!!!

Every year we rent a spot in Canandaigua Lake. The group is 3 families, kids age range from 6 to18. This year we had our best trip. The house had everything we needed This is a must if you are visiting Canandaigua Lake. 6 bedrooms one bedroom has 5 bunk beds. Wide open first level floor and a hangout basement with a bar.

Home away from home

Our three generation family loves returning to this superb property for our week long summer vacation. The house and property provide more than ample space for parking, sleeping quarters, and seating for meals. Kitchen is great and supplied with all needs for those who prepare their own meals. Always fun activities with dock, fishing, water trampoline, paddleboards, etc. The safe access and view of all water activities can't be beat. All expectations will be met in this class act of a home.

Amazing location with plenty of space

Beautiful house right on the lake! We choose the east side if the lake so we could watch the sunsets and the view did not disappoint! House had plenty of room and included basically everything you would need. Kitchen was well stocked, towels were thick/heavy, water pressure was great in showers, good amount of parking, and host was easy to get ahold of. If you plan to bring a boat recommend you coordinate that with the owner ahead of time as some of the items listed were for owner use only. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!!

We have a maturing family (Andrew 17, Cooper 16 and Paige 13) that absolutely loves the water! 'Camp' is a place we can't use all the time due to our hectic schedules but a place that has and will continue to create memories for our children, our parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, etc. that we hope last a lifetime, just like those we have from our childhood! We hope your visit gives you the same opportunity and we will do all we can to ensure that happens! Since we can't use the property all the time, we can't think of a better way to help offset the costs and give others the opportunity for such memories!

Simply said...the LOT! One of the best lots we could find, with great green space, beautiful mature trees, a fantastic location for wide water views and an unbeatable beach front (138 feet) with gradual entry to water (zero entry) that allows swimmers to wade or swim vs. being in over their head from the start!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The beach is unique as very few properties have such a great water line. The useable yard space is another great feature since kids can run around and play in the yard...or on the beach. Volleyball, bocce, badminton, darts, cornhole are all common events on the property. The area under the deck stays dry thanks to our deck design, allowing enjoyment even when the rest of the outdoors is getting wet from the rain! Recent construction, brand new furnishings and mattresses in the last year, additional full bathroom just completed, etc..
