We left on Monday because of the hurricane. I thought with it being a Cat5 Hurricane that we may be offered a little bit of relief on the price.

Lots of good, a little bad

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Very nice house for our stay, 9 adults and 4 kids. The house had everything we needed. House was well equipped with cooking utensils. Table sat 8 adults and kids sat at counter for meals. The pool was a big hit. We payed for the heat, and it was warm. Pool was always in use. When there were no parties at nearby houses, outside was quite pleasant.Cons: It seems a bit chintzy that they supply only 2 dishwasher pods and one roll of paper per toilet (it's a & bedroom house!). We paid about $5K Canadian for a week, so would it really kill then to supply a package of toilet paper? Could not for the life of me work the thermostats...there's no dial, just a glass fronted disc. Upstairs bedrooms were about 85F throughout. Poor tv service, we used just one tv at a time and it still froze and glitched constantly. ANTS--not inside, but the pool area was infested. Could not sit outside with bare feet, and we were even getting bitten in the hot tub when leaning on the side. The coffee table was broken and stored in the garage. Both outdoor lounge chairs were broken. One was completely inoperable, had been stored in the garage when we got there. Other one we were able to weave together temporarily but these need replacement. We noticed that other houses had a few pool toys etc, but this one had none. That would have been nice. Solara clubhouse is ok, but the day we packed up all the kids to spend a day there, there was a water outage and closed the pools after we'd been there an hour. A bit disappointing. All that said, overall a nice vacation house and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect stay for our big family vacation!

I booked this for my whole family - 16 people including my parents, siblings, and each of our families. We had 8 adults and 8 children. It was spacious and very clean and everyone felt like they had their own space if they needed some quiet. We were close enough to everything - parks, Disney Springs, etc - and the property manager was just an easy text away. My whole family was impressed with the house, and if we ever do this again we’d definitely book this location.

Great stay!

Me and family had a great week! Working with Blue Sky Villas was seamless. We had a concern about a shower door and they were quick to address it. The heated pool/hot tub was wonderful and we were very happy because in previous years (working with other companies) there was always issues getting the pool heat working even though we paid. Highly recommend!

Great stay with minor issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful each bedroom pretty much has its own bathroom which is a bonus when you’re staying with multiple families. I paid for the pool and spa to be heated it was 100% not heated I realized this on the second day when I went in and couldn’t get it fixed until the 3rd day. I’m almost certain they forgot to turn it on after they came by there was definitely a difference in temperature. Overall house was clean aside from a few nicks on the walls and one of the bunk beds has a tear in the cloth which was not visually appealing when trying to sleep. Grocery stores are not walking distance so if you don’t want to spend slot in Ubers rent a car that was our Mistake! The community pool was also a 13 minute walk from our villa, not terrible but also not like super close. Also last thing is there’s no high chairs for kids/babies it was on a rental basis but I think having just 1 should have came with the Villa ikea literally has them for $20 a high chair should not come only when rented. All little things I would definitely stay again but maybe a different villa something closer to the community pool

Super cool house

The house was huge, clean, themed bedrooms for the kids were super cool! Pool and spa were in great shape and lots of fun. Only downfalls were that they supply you with one roll of toilet paper and just a couple trash bags and the kitchen didn't have measuring cups and some of the spatulas were pretty cheap. I think for the price you should get 2 rolls of toilet paper and better quality house supplies. The air conditioning was frustrating as you had to keep resetting it to hold at your preferred temp or it would revert to 76-78. Overall pretty cool house. The kids loved it!

Excellent price with plenty of space

We had a great time when we stayed. Plenty of space in the house for everyone, the pool and hottub were both running properly. Communication with the rental company was easy and check in was simple. Would book with blue sky villas again.
