Ideal for families and groups, Three Seasons combines the convenience of a hotel with the comfort of a condo with each suite having a separate living room and kitchen Entrances to the suites encircle two large atriums and feature a host of amenities. The building offers great entertainment with billiards (quarters required), ping pong, and foosball in the ground floor game room. Channel your inner pool shark with your friends and family at the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Cyclists rejoice — the property is furnished with a complimentary bike washing station and an indoor storage facility designed to protect your precious cargo. Located 855 yards from the base area, convenient free shuttle pick-up can bring you directly to the base area in winter and historic Crested Butte in the Summer. Enjoy additional property amenities like parking for 2, coin-operated laundry, and wifi in the condo. Please note this is on the third floor of the Three Seasons. There is no elevator, but there is a luggage lift that can be used to send your bags to the third floor.

(NOTE: the communal pool/hot tub may close during the shoulder seasons of April/May and October/November. Please confirm if you are traveling during these dates.)

The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. The Buttes are within close walking distance of the main transit center. The summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; the winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes.

Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management offers additional services for our guests that others may not. Upon your arrival, you’ll find that we supply all linens, towels, and paper goods. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with powder creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponges, dish soap, and dish detergent. Great little condo!

Great little condo for a small family. Very clean, nicely decorated, had what we needed. Our son slept well on the sofa bed. He also loved the game room in the basement! We liked that it was close enough for us to walk to the lifts. Great place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many aspects Place was fine - convenient location, clean, and kitchenHowever- it was a nonsmoking room and reeked of smoke . They also had advertised that they had a hot tub, which was a criterion we had used for screening options and it was broken. They did in pre that in the fine print at the bottom but we did not read any of the fine print. The pull out bed was not good and the head was lower than the middle.

Room reeked of smoke, even though it was a nonsmoking room When we booked on Expedia they advertised that they had a hot tub. However hot tub not working. They had put in a large paragraph of fine print that hot tub was no t working but not in top line advertising Pull out bed was not in good shape. Head was lower than middle

Great for a quick stay.

The unit was a good fit for a weekend stay for 3 people (two adults and one teen). It was easy to find and the property manager called us when it was ready early. It's right across the street from the bus to downtown.

Very comfortable stay

This was a great little place for a 3-night stay in Crested Butte. Decent location, up the hill. Perfect for 2 (not more) people, nicely appointed kitchen, comfy bed. The only downsides were no elevator (lugging a cooler to the 3rd floor was no fun), and that the pool was empty.

No notice that there was not an elevator

The condo was on the third floor and no elevator information, notice, or courtesy given at contract or during the move in process that I was aware of. With the extreme elevation close to 9,000 feet and the renter aware that this is a possible health concern there has to be some details as to the lack of an elevator. There was a large dumb waiter but it was at the farthest point from the condo. Not ideal for seniors and those with health issues. I saw plenty of seniors suffering from having to carry luggage. Also, pool was closed when we arrived.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a month-long stay in #344. Loved the extra window off of the sleeping area, so we had 2 directions for views, natural light and fresh air. Plenty of storage space for 2 people. Appreciated resupplying us with toilet paper and dishwashing liquid, otherwise, more than enough bedding, linens, etc for our use. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was uncomfortable for our weekend guest: so the next morning we walked down to Camp 4 Coffee in Crested Butte to work out the kinks!

Good location location location, clean lodging, great value

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for a ski trip. Shuttle picked up right outside our door every 15 minutes and quick ride to the base area. Super convenient even when toting skis/poles back and forth.The friendly rental agency is on-site and was very helpful for all our needs. The building is older and could use upgrades but the unit we rented was nice and had all the extras needed. All in all good place to sleep and cook meals and be close to the base area. Pay extra somewhere else if you want top notch amenities. Stay here for good value and enjoying Crested Butte!

Great location! Comfortable amenities

This place was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable enough for two and super close to the resort. Shuttle pickup right across the street every fifteen minutes that takes <5 mins to get to the base area.
